Phallic,
Which MOS hanger are you using? Ive had the LG for a few years now and love it although i havent been consistent with it and plan on changing that. However, like alot of people the heavy weight is an issue with VAC hanging at a certain weight and above. Curious if you can link me to the exact MOS hanger you use. I had never heard of MOS until your posts and am on the site now looking through their products.

New year new routine. The new years eve mega routine resulted in the kind of fatigue I used to feel when I was gaining like crazy. I took two days off and the fatigue as expected was gone. Did a similar routine today with 400 hard pulling stretches between LG hang for one hour @ 15 pounds and MOS hang for 10 minutes @ 15 pounds and 3 minutes @ 20 pounds. Wanted to do 5 minutes but just couldn't. Feeling the fatigue again. I want to see how more extreme routines followed by a day of rest work out, basically 1 on, 1 off. I'd like to see more than 1/16th gain after 3 months. I'd like to get to 8.5 before another 8 months. Also started wearing a rig with an LG ring weight on the end of a contraption hanging from the hanger down one leg of loose gym pants while I'm puttering around the house. I can never get the ring weight to stay on the end, and this works well enough.

I'm using a length hanger I bought quite a while ago. I'm able to use 15 pounds with the LG but I don't want to try more than that for any length of time, at least not until I get a replacement sleeve. The ones I'm using in the meantime are too soft to go over 10. I've had customer service issues with MOS in the past but maybe they've fixed themselves since then.

I always end up with having issues keeping the pressure in the bell lower than say 13 or 14 HGs when i hang anything over even 12.50 it seems like. Ive had multiple bells made and this one seems like it fits pretty well. Dont get me wrong i can keep it around 12 HGs at 12.50 lbs but its not always easy and anything heavier than that really is tough. Ive made gains at lower weights and use an IR lamp so im not Hell bent on doing consistent time over 13 or 14 LBS but it would be nice to do short time frames consistently without having to worry about blisters like i do with LG at those high weights. Even with a conditioned glans its hard to not get blisters for me at those weights. I suppose my glans isnt as conditioned as it should be but still...

Maybe I got lucky and my bell was perfect the first time. I think I've gained a very small amount of girth since getting it since the fit is slightly more snug than it was when I got it. Recently I got a sleeve one size down that's really difficult to put on and take off but it seems to hold pressure better. I used to put a girth band over the base end of the sleeve to be sure it wouldn't slowly leak but with this smaller sleeve I'm not going to bother. I've been using it for 30 minute 15 pound sessions and so far so good. You're probably already familiar but be sure that some of the sleeve gets sucked into the back of the bell and that the head is well mashed against the front. I typically pull fairly hard while I'm pumping until it gets to a little over 15 in Hg and then pull the plug, then pull hard again to be sure it's still snug and not pulling away. I've been checking about every 5 minutes to be sure and one time I did have to redo it but I think I just didn't do it right that time (looked like the cap I use got slightly folded against itself).

Last three days are a bit of a blur. I think Wed was a rest day? Two consecutive days of heavy weight hanging. Trying to use the MOS hanger with 20 pounds for longer times. Best I could do today was 5 minutes. Several sessions of 30 min @ 15 pounds and 3 to 400 hard stretches. I think this upping the stress is working. My after-session flaccid is temporarily 1/4-inch longer like it used to and really feeling the fatigue the last few days. Tomorrow is a rest day.

What do you mean some of the sleeve gets sucked into the back of the bell? I do make sure my head is pressed against the front but if im understanding you right and you mean rubber sleeve? ...

When you pump out the air the silicone sleeve should get drawn into the back of the bell around your shaft a little. If that doesn't happen I know I have a leak.

Ahh.. I got you. Another question. How long do you Make your sleeves and how far up your shaft do you have the sleeve when you hang? Im wondering if i need to keep my sleeve longer and use more of it for traction go back towards my base as well. Also, I currently use a 1" sleeve but am thinking about maybe trying out .875 next time i order going off what you said. It might be too tight but worth a try. Im 5.5 girth from base to mid and 5.75ish at mid-upper shaft. I hesitate to go smaller because the method i do is once i get in the bell and push my head to the front i then wrap the sleeve back over my shaft and edge and push the blood up into my head before i pump up. Usually when i hook the pump into the fitting im already at 2 or 3 HGs and then pump to around 8 HGs ( hanging 10 lbs ). Anyway... the reason i hesitate to go smaller on my sleeve is i might have trouble edging the blood up into my head because the sleeve is so tight. I do feel i very well may be cutting my sleeves to short. If you watch Kingsnakes videos he has the sleeve going all the way up to his base practically, im at mid shaft with mine.

I cut mine to cover almost all of the shaft. I'm right at 6" girth (maybe slightly larger I haven't measured recently) and I went a size down to 1" and it's really tight but not so tight that it's cutting off circulation. It's tough to get on but it's doable. I fell more confident about heavier weight with it being really snug now. I wore it with the extender for about 2 hours doing work around the house today and it wasn't uncomfortable. I hung 15 pounds for about an hour or so before that. Anyway, at 6" girth with a 1" ID sleeve, it's super tight but that's what I wanted. I'm kind of opposite you in that my base is thicker but my shaft is straight as a board all the way down.

LG hanger 1 hour @ 10 pounds, 30 minutes @ 15 pounds, MOS length hanger 5 minutes @ 20 pounds. 200 stretches. Resisting the temptation to measure but I think the extra intensity is working.

Hey Phallic. Great work!! Do you walk around the house while hanging?

I'm lucky in that I usually have the house to myself in the morning when I do my routine, so I could, but it's too awkward. If I'm just getting coffee or whatever I'll hold the weights with my hand while walking. 15 or 20 pounds getting to swinging could be dangerous :). What I usually do is make a fulcrum from a rolled up heating pad and lay it over that while sitting. I have to slouch a bit in order for the chamber to clear the edge of the chair.

Another super psycho stretch day. 2 hours @ 15 pounds with LG, 5 minutes @ 20 pounds with MOS, 500 hard stretches. I'm seeing similar results to clamping when I do my stretches holding one hand firmly at the base, so I don't clamp as much as I used to. The fatigue is fading by the next day so I haven't been taking as many rest days but I can feel it pretty substantially today so I think tomorrow is a rest day. I tried using a sildenafil today for my exercises and holy hanna did I get a titanium strength woody. Probably not a good idea to do that very often since I don't actually have ED.

Took Friday off. Today did 1.5 hours @ 15 pounds with LG and 5 minutes @ 20 pounds with MOS. 300 stretches. No clamping. Need to start doing that again. My EQ hasn't been 100% the last while.

Took Sunday off. Was busy and still feeling fatique. LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, 200 stretches, MOS 10 minutes @ 20 pounds. I'm finding the limiting factor of the compression hanger is discomfort from the high clamping pressure rather than tissue fatigue, but no point going higher weight if I'm regularly feeling fatigue now. Planning to do repeat workout so far later today for 2 hours total @ 15, 20 minutes total @ 20, and 400 total stretches. Going to finish with clamping today.
