Completely forgot to measure this morning, but I had my wife measure my balls this evening. I wish I had measured before using the Biogaia and Floracil-50, so all I have to go on is what is considered average which is about what I think they were, so they are about 1 cm larger in every dimension. I think I've been regularly using it for close to a year now. Today is a rest day so no exercises. Planning on doing an official measurement at the end of the month. Flaccid gains have me hopeful but getting past this recent Plateau has been Slow going.

Second rest day today but I did wear the extender on low tension for a few hours. Back to it tomorrow.

I’ve been feeling the “ache” again that I regularly had when I was making much faster gains. Doing 4 days on, 2 days off the last few times and it seems to work a bit better. I’ve recently started adding 5 pounds (20 total) for the last 5 minutes of each session (usually 3) so hopefully that helps. Erect girth hasn’t changed it just feels thicker due to titanium erections. Clamping is the holy grail of EQ. I’m over 50 so morning wood and flagpole erections make me very happy haha. Finally FINALLY losing weight again. Hit 218 today on OMAD diet. Blood pressure remains normal for the third straight week.

When do you feel clamping is best? Right after a weight hanging session?

I started clamping very late so the tissue was probably already ready to deal with the higher forces that clamping causes, although I also took it very slow. I do clamping at the very end unless I do a session later in the day then it's in-between. My EQ definitely improved very soon after I started clamping.

Really love your routine and would love a more simplified start for a beginner. So I’m buying the phallosan stretcher to wear for 3 months but could you please tell me a beginner routine. So for example if yiu stretch before wearing it and if heat is involved? Also say I’ve done 6 hours wearing, then I want to move onto weights after 3 months like you, how much and how long for, and what device to use? Sorry for all the questions. Would love to try this and see if my body can deal with it and how it reacts. Would love a beginner routine and what works for you!

If I was starting now, I would hang progressively higher weight up to about max 15 pounds (however long that takes; for me it was many months) for 3 sets of 20 minutes or longer, finish with 1 or 200 jelqs, 10 min pump @ 5 in Hg (no more than that - I found more does no better), then transition to clamping after a few months. Apply heat before starting for 5 to 10 minutes. If you have time, extend for an hour or two at the end, then wear a girth band or sleeve for as long as possible.

I think my rapid gains, although slow now, are possible by most if you’re consistent. By consistent I mean figuring out a schedule and sticking to it. I bounced around for a bit but settled on 3 on, 2 off, then more recently 4 on, 2 off. The only times I didn’t stick to the schedule was when it was impossible. I even brought my stuff on long trips. Even now, I’m still gaining just a lot slower. One other thing I did was copied what others who were successful were doing and adapted it for me. I did lots of experimentation but I’d say maybe 30% or less actually panned out. Hanging and clamping have made the biggest difference for me. Crazy high weight doesn’t really help unless it’s for a very short time. I recently added extending in an attempt to kickstart recently very slow gains so if time is an issue, adding that might be overkill if you’re starting out. Good luck!

No problem!
1) I would use whatever you have but the LG Hanger is a cut above everything else. It's spendy but you get what you pay for. The way it grips your penis behind the glans is superior to the rest in my opinion. It's much more comfortable for long hanging sessions. You get to the "dull ache" without any soreness.

2) I use the same device for hanging as I do for extending. I have the extender attachment for the LG Hanger I use for hanging. Their extender also has much more tension available as you progress. It's not discreet but then again none of them really are.

3) Any pump will really do as long as you don't get a bargain basement one. The metal pumps last a lot longer than the plastic ones. Just be sure to get one with a gauge. It's much safer since you can actually see the vacuum pressure you're using. The cylinder I have is from MOS but the hand pump is just a metal brake line pump. It looks like the same one that LG and some other sell. The one that MOS sells is plastic garbage but the cylinder is decent.

So here’s a plan I have for my beginner routine that I have come up with regarding information I have read and reading your insights.



1.Start off using an extender/stretched such as the LG hanger which can be used all day for 4-8 hours. Then hang at the end? Then also use pump at the bottom me.



Or the second option


2. Start hanging mainly and building up weights as the main routine then use an extender at the end for a couple of hours with jelqs and the pump?

Last few days:

Fulcrum hanging with rolled up "suzipad" as tight as possible, microwaved for 2 minutes. Have started hanging using an old stretched out sock as a fulcrum with much less weight (10 pounds max), moving along the shaft after normal hanging sessions. Regularly using the extender for about 2 hours on highest tolerable tension, which is usually progressive as junior relaxes and stretches out. Hanging sessions are regularly 2 hours total. First session is about 1 hour and then two shorter half hour sessions. If BPSFL is an indication, I think I've gained. Regular post workout measurements are showing BPSFL increases of about 1/8th inch from two months ago.

I have just started to experiment with lactobacillus Reuteri. I have been taking it in the form of the Lifeway kafir drinks. Have you tried that brand yet? And how long since you been consuming L. Reuteri that you noticed changes?

No I haven’t. I’ll check it out though. The reason I’ve stuck with Floracil-50 is that it has other beneficial strains that have really improved my gut health. I started noticing my balls were getting larger about 3 or 4 months into it and I had a sharp increase in libido. I’d say after about 6 or 7 months they reached the size they are now and haven’t shrunk at all.

Is it a significant increase from your original size? And does it have any effects on semen volume?
The increase is roughly 50%. I haven't noticed any increase in volume from the Floracil but generally eating healthy and other supplements have increased it a little. I'm not even sure what's considered large volume but judging from what past girlfriends and my wife have said, it's always been above average anyway. How much of that is ego stroking I don't know haha.

Good workout today. I rarely get that weird feeling anymore that feels like something letting go, not what some call lig pops, more just a physical movement while hanging, but it happened today. Did a solid two hours hanging 15 pounds, with a good 15 minutes at 20 pounds. Did 200 extreme stretches. No jelqs or clamping today.

Did about 3 hours altogether today with lighter weight at 10 pounds, some fulcrum some not. Clamped for about 7 minutes and just light stretching today. Yesterday was about the same.

Hanging several hours per day the last couple days. Hoping to see 8-3/8 by end of the month. Focusing on long hanging sessions with short breaks. Schedule remains 4 on, 2 off. 9 seems doable it will just take a very long time. EQ remains good. Getting morning wood fairly frequently.

Back from a 3 day hanging hiatus. Hung 15 pounds for 30 min, 10 for an hour, extended 30 min. Extender felt uncomfortable at the base so I just called it a day. 200 stretches. No clamping or pumping today.

15 pounds for 1 hour, then 10 for 1 hour, 100 stretches. Was too busy to get much else in. Hope to get more time in the coming days and use the “wide fulcrum” for hanging that I haven’t been able to do lately. Really happy with my flaccid hang. I wore slacks to the dentist the other day that weren’t very baggy and didn’t realize until it was too late that it was a “low hanging day”. I know one of the assistants kept looking which is flattering and embarrassing at the same time. It must have been even worse laying on the chair.

Went over the four days on limit today. Tomorrow and Tuesday will be my rest days. I’m judging efficacy from my flaccid hang and how long I can extend the dull ache. If 5 on, 2 off works better then I’ll keep that pattern. Last three days have been consistent 15 pounds for 2 hours total, 2 or 3 hundred hard stretches. Jelqing wasn’t really working as well as stretches and to be honest jelqing feels a little too good haha. I’m seeing longer and more sustained flaccid length by finishing with hard stretches holding the base and pulling the end with a slight squeeze. I’ve also started sleeping in the buff to allow junior room to grow. As a bonus the wife checks my flaccid size every morning.
