If you have NO loss of tug in any direction, it is an indicator that your ligaments are pretty tight and will benifit greatly from the stretching portion of the routine.what if i have no LOT? should i use the direction that tugs the least? and what does it mean if i have no LOT? is that good or bad?
I have a question though. Can I do the V-jelqs while standing? I do my PE in the shower so I have to do it standing up. I think I got the technique right but I don't feel much "expansion" and "tension" while performing the V-Jelq. I just don't feel much intensity. Is this normal? Do V-Jelqs feel less intense than normal jelqs or is it because I'm doing them standing?
I can't do them laying down because I live with my parents and I can't go to my room lube myself up and just lay there on the bed doing V-jelqs because someone might show up.
Hello i'm new here. The main reasons that I joined this forum was because it is free and of course because I am talking to real people who have had proven results.
I am very eager on starting a routine abd was wondering if you guys think this is a good one for a beginner.
Then switch to a more advanced routine after results slow or freeze.
