Its always wrong to kill a person if that person isnt an immediate danger to kill another person.
The person or persons or society that kills a person without the person beeing an immediate danger for another person is a murderer.
The executioner is a murderer who in theory should be killed too.(and so on until last man standing)

He fucked up? Didn't he? To bad , so sad. So heartless I know. What were i
his priors?

It was a long time ago that I last watched the film...but as far as I remember he had no priors and had the mentality of a child.

Thanks for sharing that. Can I ask what happened to the fucker?

He stayed a priest. They moved him from parish to parish and never made him pay for his crimes. He finally got forced out of the priesthood, but was allowed to live in a church owned home and have a pension til the day he died. If I had it to live over I would have killed him. I have trouble still with my weakness in not taking him out. How many lives did he ruin after mine and two of my brothers? One of my brothers committed suicide and the other one that was molested by him is so messed up it is hard to describe. I am trying to heal.

When you hear stories like that it makes you think "but for the grace of God". That is horrific! How did he get away with it?

Have you guys (and girls...sorry Frog!) ever heard of Jimmy Saville?

Over here criminals have more rights (there's that word again) than victims.

My view is this. If it is known beyond a shadow of a doubt. That the person committed the crime. That calls for the death penalty. Once judged take the person outside. put a rope around his neck and kick the chair out from underneath. I would say shoot the person. But that would be wasting money. You can use a rope again and again.

Agreed 100%

Child Molesters and Priests should go to prison so the inmates can give them what they deserve...Brutal torture then slow death!

Rapists - 1st conviction lose one nut
Rapists - 2nd conviction lose second nut
Rapists - 3rd conviction (If even possible) DEATH

Wife Beaters - 1st Conviction Mandatory Psych evaluation, AA, Anger Management, jail time
Wife Beaters - 2nd Conviction lose 1 nut, more counseling and jail time.
Wife Beaters - 3rd Conviction DEATH

:mad:

Fuck wishful10x8, I would not mind knowing where he lives.

That's messed up, the Catholic Church is way hosed up. They have been protecting chimos for centuries.

BETWEEN THE BUNS!
Wishful.
I cannot fathom what that must have been like as a boy,entrusted to a priest who was a predator. Then have it compounded by 2 of your brothers being victims as well, plus countless other young innocent boys. That has to leave a wound that will never heal deep in your soul. There's nothing anyone can say to take away that pain, but, I'm so sorry it happened.

I sincerely do not believe child molesters can be rehabbed. They have the highest repeat-offender rate of all criminals, yet we turn them out of our prisons or hide them in our churches/missions/corporate offices etc... to continue their evil predatory offenses against the most treasured and innocent of our population. It is a travesty! When convicted, they should be sentenced to life without parole, or if they murder their victims, then I'm with Big Rooster et. al.....kick the chair out from under 'em!

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

You are that man my friend!

There is a term called "safety lock away" in europe were offenders who are at high risk of repitition, espacially if its a sickness like child molesting, get locked away in a psychatric prison more or less forever no matter the initial count of years verdict.

I saw a documentary about a guy who opted to get himself castrated not to get out of jail but cause he couldnt control his urges and hated it himself.

Most offenders seem to be broken themselves prior and in some cases repeat what they learned and espacially didnt learn to cope with which is the most important part to stop the cycle.

The worst, and that is very often seen with the priests but also in families is digging it under and not solving it for the future to stop the cycle of negative events.

Even the psychopaths who defend their actions in the most twisted ways dont seem happy at all about their wrongdoings. At least when they are part of an otherwise healthy society.
The moment a society learns how to openly discuss, solve and heal wrongdoings for everyone involved the future will be easier.
Of course its a big challenge and I understand every victim of a crime that demands an eye for an eye so to speak. But does it solve it in the greater context of life?

One thing I know for sure is that forgivness is helping the victim more then keeping the hate and anger with you.. without its hard to heal yourself.

I'm for it, but only when the crime is horrible enough to constitute such a thing. Certainly people should not be allowed to live after killing so many people. Jail becomes too good for someone when they have taken so much life away and just straight deserve a swift execution, especially when it is obvious the person is guilty, insane or not.
