How to prevent Turtling?

How do you prevent turtling? Both my penis and balls go really small randomly it's really bad they literally turn so small constant turtling is there any way to stop this?

You can try reducing intensity/amount of pe; see how that works.

My experience, sometimes, 'they' have a mind all their own.

I have been fighting the turtle war since I started PE 3.5 years ago. So far I am loosing the war. If your dick is inclined to turtle, I do not think there is much you can do about it. Keep up your PE and lengthen your flaccid so when it turtles it is not as short as it was originally.

Do you noticed turtling more after any specific activities? What kind of training (if any) are you doing?

I'm doing the JP90 day routine, but turtling as always been happening it just shrinks I thought maybe it's the temperature but even when it's hot it sometimes still shrinks

Take a look at wrapping or stealth innerwear (google it). Those of us who are showers and have lived in cold weather climaTes for too long understand the phenomena (I'm in Florida now but recently moved from NY). Personally I use the stealth on days I seem to be turtling, works fantastically well. Just make sure your turtling isn't a negative PI though, could be a sign of overtraining.

I turtle LIKE CRAZY after heavy-weight workouts, doing deadlifts and squats especially.

I don't think there is a way to prevent this post-workout turteling, what I'm wondering is whether this could hinder my gains? Unless I do PE afterwards this turteling usually stays for the rest of the day.

I made a thread regarding this issue. I turtle too, mostly every time i PE...my penis tends to feel small when im erected like the 2 days after a workout. im guessing its normal, since it is considered a muscle? maybe its part of the whole growth factor, muscle breaks down and later repairs itself bigger? I have seen a bit of girth increase from my jelqs, that can be another factor. My penis is not super long, but pretty thick so since its getting thicker, its looking smaller , although it stays the same length, the increase in girth can make the penis look smaller.... this is a science for sure. practice, analyze, and the answer should come!

Try to stretch at morning and jelq at evenings. Works for me!

I don't really turtle soo much.. Well a bit after a heavy workout (PE or the gym), but that is quite normal. A warm shower, or just time, should help on that.
However, a good more general tip is to always have a good blood flow to and from your pubuc area. So no tight trousers or underwear! Might not solve your problem, but might help.

Traction wrapping or light 1 pound weight on the penis (which you can wear under your clothes without too much pull) also does help. The 1 pound does not cause much tension but just enough to keep it stretched out.

I may have to do this wrapping and traction of the sort, my turtling happens both after PE and just normally as you can imagine my girth is 4.3 and 5.5. Nbpl so when it's turtled it's extremely small and skinny which is a problem in my eyes so will need to keep it constantly warm, same with my balls that comes really shrivelled up looking tiny

What about specific activities/exercises- are there any that cause more turtling for you than others? Have you always had this issue? Are you doing any stamina work to help counter this?

Nope, it's just random I guess I've checked now and the room I am is hot and it's gone small again, I haven't done any exercises or anything. Well I think I have had it a long time but just noticed it now for some reason, what do you mean by stamina work?

Stamina work consists of exercises designed to increase EQ- like kegels and edging/Stop and Starts. Doing these exercises can help counter turtling.

Please note that there may be other contributing causes too- anxiety, stimulant use, and weight gain (in the form of fat).

use a cockring i use the titanman rubber cockring it helps a lot with turtleing

I find that the warmer I keep my unit the larger it hangs. A good warm down and simply keeping it at a decent temperature works for me. Just my .02
