Tingling after jelqing?

I just started day 1 of JP's routine and I was wondering if it was normal to feel a slight tingling after finishing.

I also notice that when I finish my penis looks smaller then when I started

Yeah bro. Your penis will usually turtle after a PE work out. Its just tired. Shake it out a bit after wards and it should regain normal or possibly even bigger flaccid hang. Yeah that just means you worked it out bro.

Do some kegels after your workout to get some fresh blood in there and keep it warm.
