The Flexing Girth Exercise

The Flexing Girth Exercise is an advanced girth compound movement which combines manual enlargement with Kegels.

NOTE– You must have a full erection and lubrication for this exercise.

Step 1

Either stroke or pump your penis to a full erection..

Step 2

Once you have reached a full erection, grip your penis 1 inch from the base, estimate as best you can.

Step 3

Hold your penis with your thumb and the first two fingers of your hand.

Step 4

Flex your PC muscle (kegel), and hold it for a two count.

Step 5

Using your grip hand, apply pressure to the penis. (You will notice that the portion of the penis beyond your grip gets larger until you relax your grip.)

Step 6

Relax your grip as you relax your PC muscle.

Step 7

Repeat step 3 three to five times, depending on what you are comfortable with. Then slide your hand one inch down the penis and repeat step 3, with the same number of repetitions.

Step 8

Do this until you reach the glans. Once you have reached the head you should either go backwards by one inch increments until you reach your starting point, or start again from the beginning. Once your PC muscle cannot flex hard anymore you can stop the exercise.

At any point if your PC muscle is too weak to continue, stop for the day and note how many repetitions you did. Keeping track of this is good for your PC strength progress as well.

Tip For Future Growth

  • As your PC gets stronger you will be able to continue the exercise for longer periods, but do not exceed the normal three to five minutes for total exercise time unless you are an advanced user and continuing your program after months of work.

The Tension Stretch

The Tension Stretch

The Tension Stretch is a relatively intense static stretch movement.  It’s best performed by advanced trainees.

How to perform the Tension Stretch:

Step 1

Your penis should be flaccid for this exercise.  Grasp your penis firmly behind the head and wrap your other hand around the first hand for support.

Step 2

Pull forward SLOWLY while leaning back for a count of 10 to maximum tension. NOTE- Start off with a moderate level of tension if you’re new to this stretch- and slowly build up in force over time!

Step 3

Once you’ve achieved the maximum amount of tension that you can tolerate, hold for 10 seconds.

Step 4

Release tension and start again.

Step 5

Finish of with a good soak in a warm tub.

Do 10 repetitions of this exercise at first, then work up to 100 maximum per day (most advanced trainees need less than 50). Typically, this stretch is most effective when done by stretching your penis towards the floor and slightly away from your body. You may want to experiment with different directions of stretch to see which direction works best for you.

The Tension Stretch Tip

  • When performing the Tension Stretch, do it while sitting. Using the edge of the chair as a background reference point, try to pull enough so that you can see a noticeable stretch taking place.

* One way of making this exercise even more intense would be to press down on the ligaments at the base of the penis while you’re performing the stretch. Take caution when doing this for the first time, and slowly build intensity on this part over subsequent sessions.

Even if you were a child, or not even born yet, there’s still a chance that you’ve heard about the infamous 1993 case of Lorena Bobbitt. After years of rape and abuse by her husband, John, Bobbitt retrieved a carving knife from the kitchen during the night and cut his penis off. The case, investigation and eventual trial was one of the most talked about criminal cases of the 1990s. Well, Lifetime now has a movie based on the events, called I Was Lorena Bobbitt, and it delves into many aspects of the case, including Bobbitt throwing her husband’s penis out of her car window.

The salacious nature of Lorena Bobbitt’s crime probably would have gotten major attention regardless of what happened immediately after the fact, but that detail about her tossing his severed penis out of her window as she fled the scene certainly added to the public interest. People wanted to know more; not just about the crime, but about what could have led up to something so extreme. We’ve finally gotten the first trailer for I Was Lorena Bobbitt, and you can see that it details what led Bobbitt to do such a thing, as well as what came afterward.

Wow. That trailer is no joke, literally. Not only does the film really take the crime seriously, but it also takes the abuse that Lorena Bobbitt suffered just as seriously, and the trailer is careful to remind us that “her story was no joke.” I Was Lorena Bobbitt is actually executive produced by Bobbitt herself, and Lifetime is billing it as her opportunity to tell her full story the way she wants it to be told.

After Lorena Bobbitt’s crime became public, two things happened. First, she was very upfront during the investigation about the abuse she suffered at John’s hands, so the case helped to bring the issues of domestic abuse and marital rape to light. Anti-domestic violence advocates, as well as some feminist groups rallied around Bobbitt and said the history of abuse is what led to the violent and unusual attack. But, most of the attention was not so supportive or straight forward.

A lot of the media attention around the Lorena Bobbitt case quickly turned into jokes, limericks, advertising gimmicks and T-shirt slogans. Howard Stern had John Bobbitt on as a guest during his 1993 New Year’s Eve special, and even raised $250,000 to help cover the outstanding costs of the surgery to reattach his penis. On top of all of this, there were also several copycat crimes reported, but which ended up being either accidents or self-inflicted.

With everything that went on in the aftermath of the crime, it makes complete sense that Lorena Bobbitt would want to make sure her story is told as close to the way she lived it as possible in this fictionalized account, and with the proper weight being given to the situation before, during and after.

Always Track Your Progress

The most important part of your male enhancement regimen is your record keeping. Keeping accurate records will not only show how you’ve come along, but it’ll also let you know if you’re making progress.

Record exercises, sets, reps, intensity used and even how you felt about your workout that day. Also, record any injuries or other routine problems you may be having. Record your erect length and girth measurements once every two weeks and your EQ stats each training day.
We suggest keeping your records in a book or in Word, Excel or on Google Drive.

We also suggest keeping a progress journal. If kept on forums like PEGym.com, it can be a useful tool for getting constant feedback from other members.

A Good Idea

Take before pictures of your measurements! After many men see results, they wish they would have taken starting pictures, so they’ll have visual proof of what they have gained.

Think of it this way. Remember when you were a kid and summer break started. Your jeans went into the dresser and you spent all summer long living in shorts. Then, come fall, you go to put on the pants that fit fine in May, only to find they now are two inches too short! You had no idea you had grown taller – but you did!

It’s because you see yourself every day and the fractional growth, over time, didn’t register. But, over the course of several months, it really added up! The same will happen with penis enlargement. Because you see yourself every day, you likely won’t notice that your length increased by a 1/16th of an inch. But, after eight weeks, if you compared a before and after photo, you’d definitely see that ½-inch total difference. For this reason, we recommend you take starting pictures (preferably with you measuring device visible) before you start exercising your penis.
