Does size change the man, or just the perception?

Hey guys, Gerónimo here.

Just finished recording with Coach Xavi and honestly, we had a blast. Started out laughing our asses off about all the logistical nightmares nobody prepares you for. The awkward silence in the locker room when guys notice. The double-takes. The weird stares at urinals. Xavi had me dying with this story about a gym encounter where a dude just stood there frozen like he’d seen a ghost. It’s the stuff people whisper about but never actually say out loud.

At some point the conversation shifted and we got into something that’s been bugging me for a while. A lot of guys grow up thinking that causing pain during sex is somehow proof of their masculinity. Like it’s a badge of honor or something. Xavi called it out perfectly—this whole idea of “the bigger, the better” trains men to associate hurting their partner with virility. But it just disconnects you. You stop paying attention to what actually feels good for the other person because you’re too busy performing some warped version of manhood. It’s a trap that keeps you isolated from any kind of intimacy.

The danger is when you let one physical trait become your entire identity—you risk turning into a caricature instead of an actual person.

Xavi brought a lot of honesty to this one.

But they don’t work the same way in your body, they don’t carry the same risks, and they definitely don’t treat your pelvic floor the same. Clamping vs Pumping: What’s the Actual Difference? Both clamping and pumping aim to do one thing:
