What size should I realistically be aiming for?

I am 18, 6"2", weigh 223 pounds, and if it's important I am half Asian. I am really uncomfortable with my penis size, and for good reason. Flaccid, it varies but is around 2-3 inches, with it being invisible when I sit down,but erect (provided I am relaxed and perseverant) is around 6 inches with a 5.2 inch girth. I have a fat pad of around 4.5 cm, which I believe is hiding some length, that is why I clench my pad. I am currently reducing my food intake, and increasing my activity, which will hopefully reduce my weight. My target is 7 by 5.5, but I am worried that I will never reach such a target. I don't get much sleep and I stress out a lot, which probably doesn't help my penis. What size should I be realistically hoping for? Watching a lot of porn and cuckold videos makes me feel more inadequate, hence I have abstained from now on.

When I am flaccid, it's tiny and thinnish. Besides, I can only get properly erect when I am relaxed and awake, hardly ever :p. I mainly ejaculate on a 4 inch semi hard, making me more depressed.

Don't just focus on the negatives and get yourself down, flaccid size is irrelevant, although it will improve with PE as you gain in erect size. :)

EQ increase is a very positive outcome that you can expect from PEing, so that won't be a problem either! :biggrin1:

Hey bro! Our stats are pretty similar and just like with your diet if you stick to it you can get a realistic and satisfying penis goal.

My girth is growing very fast, but I'm hoping length gains are gonna come soon. I do my first measurement next week. Just keep your head up your EQ will increase amazingly and you'll see how big your penis really is.

Thanks. I've seen the disparity between the gains made- is it possible to gain the inch just by losing the weight? I want a wider girth though- 5.5 Does tiredness affect how hard you are. I was spontaneous on Friday when I reached my full erection.

Thanks :) It's good to know that someone is in a similar situation to me. Like anything, PE requires a huge amount of commitment, if one wants to see results. Out of interest, is it common for girth to increase before length?

You do not really gain penis length by losing weight just perceivable length that is under your fat pad, that is being used irregardless during intercourse by you going balls deep. At 223 pounds that is really not that terrible of a weight to be at when you're 6'2. You need to start conditioning your penis with jp90 and moving on to more advanced stuff after your 90 day phase, so start a tuggin.

But more penis is uncovered, so it's arguably a de facto increase, but I agree that no penis is actually gained. My waist is 44 inches, so i need to lose it nonetheless.

Yea it is a gain is one sense but not a gain in the sense I'm looking to increasingly obtain like actual real penile growth gains . Idk I guess having a fat pad is something that never really bothered me. I don't really find standing in front of a mirror with a erection as the best way to spend my time.

Losing weight is good for your heart and overall health, including EQ of course and by loosing some of the fatbad you would increase your NBPEL. :)

Tiredness and stress negatively affect your EQ.

I know- i'll do exercises in conjunction with losing weight. They'll complement each other, though exercises will be more effective.
