hey , i have some concerns , i read that PE works on stretching the penis tissues ,not growing new ones, that makes the tissues weaker by ages right ? , which will lead to a weaker erections or tissues at future !! is thats right ?
or when we stretch new cells formed ?! , but its not the same as body muscles , so it will no make new cells .

another concern : if i started , which i hope i do if i get comfortable that it will not hurt tissues on long term , if i started , i will have to do it for eever ? or after reach my goal , i will do cementing for a while , and then go to maintenance routine ? which is a lot easier than 5 days a week .

hope people understand my concerns :) , and tell me any thing i need to know before start PE .

BTW i plan only to do manual trainings.no devices.

One theory is that size increase comes from enlarging cells, another is that the cells expand then duplicate. Either way it is not stretching your skin. Sure your skin is being pulled and stretched while you jelq, but your skin does not become "thinner". Smooth muscle is not at all like skeletal muscle. If you gain in size and then want quit exercising, you will loose some, perhaps most of your gains (not true for everyone), but the more sensible option is to continue to do PE, but less often or at a reduced routine level.

The human body is amazing. If taken care of it can do many great and wonderous things. Pe has worked for me and i am 38. Good luck.

if it gets enlarge due to enlarging cells , that means weaker penis at future right ?

cells gets better and that will make it weaker at long term , and yes i know it works it seems with most people here .

but any one from long term per's says he has a problem at future ?!
and what is the safe gains that will no lead to a weaker penis ?!! inch in lenth will be safe ?!

I'm 63 and PE has been a real blessing to this old fart. Much better EQ and the growth in length and girth has been awesome. Go for it.

Slow an easy does it. Research the jp90 routine and start there.

P.S. I wish I'd started at your age, I can only imagine.

no i don't think 38 is old...lol @malehanger, but i wanted to show that at my age i am not skeptical(aren't we supposed to be wiser as we get older?). I knew about Pe in my teens but never took it seriously, wish i had, i might have given mandingo a run for his money...lol

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
I heard that! The first I heard of PE was a little over 2 years ago. I just turned 58. Where was PE during the 70's?

Amen, I am 46 and I will say all it has done to my ding a ling is make it longer straonger and fatter. What a shame.

I have been PEing regularly for almost three years. I have gained both length and girth and still have a healthy albeit bigger dick. Oh, and I am 70.

So, there you go younger guys; apparently age is not a factor with PE results. However, I suggest you get busy with taking control of your sexual health now and develop your own PE routine, keeping health and vigor in your penises. Don't suffer like us older guys who had no idea this stuff was possible and laps into unnecessary ED issues. Why stress out in your middle aged years when you can nip it in the bud now. Loosing penis function at any age is a total mind f**k. Don't let it happen.

If your EQ is fine and your PIs are all positive then you're fine. You're worrying too much after seeing the 6+ threads you already started.
PE makes your penis healther and larger. If you get an injury that means your doing something wrong, if your PI and EQ is great that means you're doing something right.
There's no safe gains and unsafe gains if your EQ and PI is fine the whole time. And there's no weaker tissue unless you did something really wrong or what you're not conditioned for. That's why there's beginner routines.
