I've literally just deleted social media so that's not an issue lol I have a gym membership but not been in a while as been busy, should be back next week. I think I need to quit TV too as there's some revealing scenes that can be a trigger, also not healthy to watch TV all day. I struggle with the horrible feeling in my balls which I usually get between 5 and 7 days and the tingling around the base of my dick lol so I need a plan for when that happens really.
