Donald J. Trump

Donald J. Trump

Honestly I always disliked the guy. Every time I used to hear about Trump in the past, my impression was the image of a business man, all about the money, greedy, who uses the system for his convenience

When he announced his candidacy for the presidency, I laugh. To me was an old man from the celebrity apprentice on tv.

But once he started talking on the debates, I started listening to him. Suddenly was the same frustrations and problems we all Americans feel right now. I started reading about this guy, looking at his record, his story, and I found something completely different. This is really the guy we need for the country, and I am absolutely sure he will be the President of ALL Americans. I am completely sure minorities will be benefited from him as president like never before.

In my opinion, the Donald is a snake oil salesmen who knows what the problems the country needs to address, but has no idea how to address them. His followers cheer when he mentions the problems, but doesn't realize he doesn't have a solution.

Trump University was a complete ripoff and although Donald promised to compensate the distressed students, he never came through with the money.

Maybe this is a thread that should go no further. We already have one on politics so maybe we should confine the fighting to one thread.

Thats a possibility. Ive always thought about that. Ideally, we should have other options but we don't.
Also the reason of your perception, and mine too because Ive thought about that, is that Trump sounds too good to be true.

I disagree with you about the solution for the problems. We, the people know the solution, he knows them too and they can be done. Now the problem is that all these problems are deep involved with too many interests with corporations and stuff. Now is he really an outsider? We don't know. We don't really know who he really is. Is he doing this for his own convenience? or is he 100% legit? we don't know.

There is one big advantage in my opinion for the country, different from other past elections.

If Trump gets elected and he fails, he would be impeached in no time. His party doesn't support him. They might vote for hm to avoid crooked killary, but they don't like him. The left of course they don't like him. The people who will vote for him, are putting all their trust and final hope to restore the country on him. If by any chance he fails and doesn't do what he said in the first 2-3 years, the people immediately will turn against him in no time. Republicans will be like "you see? we told you so" and democrats of course will start the initiative for impeachment. It would happen in no time, with minimal opposition.

That is what I see he has on his shoulders. I count on him because I don't see any other option and we must do something. The country is a catastrophe right now. Starting politically, economically, socially, educationally, medically, its a chaos that started a few decades ago and hussein obama finished it with the worst administration in history.

Not voting is a vote for crooked killary. And having killary as president, it would just be the death sentence of America, perhaps the reason for a civil war. With Trump, at least we have the possibility that he might do everything he says and we take a 90 degree turn to the proper path.

In 2007/2008 the left had a narcissistic windbag. In 2016 the right has the same.

Back in 2007 the options were different though. I really hated McCain, and Obama sounded so motivational. It was something that everybody was curious to try. Still, my gut feeling told me "this guy sounds interesting but theres something sinister about him" But still, I guess everybody had those options on the table. Today is a different story. Its like you either chose the least bad, or kiss your country good bye.

If I were US citizen I would vote for Trump, because I personally live in multinational and partly multicultural country and I despise everything about multiculturalism and left wing politics in general.
