Link above is new pics of my flaccid penis, I really want someone to take a look and tell me what they think! I also draw a simple diagram of what the two veins/vessels look like when I have an erection.
edit: I HAVE NOT DONE ANY PE! I DONT JELQ, I DONT MASTURBATE, NONE OF THESE THINGS! Okay so I've been doing a little reverse kegal routine, about 80 or 90% reverse kegals and 10-20% normal kegals, I have stopped since this incident though. I also wonder if this happened because I gave myself an EXTREMELY full bladder the other day (before incident) and a "distended bladder" caused a clot in one or two of the superficial dorsal veins...If you're wondering why I gave myself a massively full bladder it's because I had to go for a renal ultrasound and they expect a full bladder. I guess I over-estimated how much fluid I needed and now I've damaged myself a bit (hopefully temporarily) because of this stupid and pointless exam which turned up with nothing
I had a wet dream around 6am this morning and when I got up to go clean myself I notice two prominent veins on my shaft, they are colourless and painless and there was no discomfort but when I touched them they felt hard, like rope or wire sort of. One of them vanishes completely when Iam flaccid and the other I can still see when I'm flaccid but I think (??) it kinda looks normal or at the very least it is way less prominent. I swear it wasn't like this before, even a few weeks ago, I only just noticed it this morning (12th august) because I got erect after a wet dream and I never noticed it before because I am doing nofap. Could this be Mondor's disease? I read it usually resolves in 1-24 weeks and a doppler exam is usually unnecessary because you can diagnose the condition just by looking at it. So my worry is that if it's not resolved in 6 months I'll need surgery possibly...can anyone chime in on this? Also my glans were pretty much deflated post orgasm but that seems kinda normal for me these days...my glans look full when im flaccid or when I'm fully erect/approaching climax btw.
i've also been doing reverse kegals with a little bit of regular kegals every day, could that have set this problem off and should I cease doing them for a week, possibly longer? im also taking 4 ibupprofen daily for the next week to see if it helps and am going to avoid vigorous exercise on my bike.
