I measured myself today and it was a distinct 7.75, and even a tick more on the ruler.
I think I found a routine that works for me :) Thanks BigAl.

I will probably measure myself and remeasure, because it never quite feels real. This whole gaining process is still surreal to me.
I guess that's why BigAl is such a stickler for EQ. It not only helps with the PIs, and ensuring proper gains, but it also allows you to take accurate and proper measurements.

I appreciate that :) It's always nice to hear.
I recommend the hanger. I've been using it for just a couple of weeks, plus a light jelq routine, and I've already seen improvements in my EQ, my flaccid hang and even a more permanent 7.75" length.
It's strange. Some days I'm 7.75, other days I'm 7.5. I wonder why it's like that.

It really drives home the saying "less is more" for me.

I didn't have any morning wood when I woke up today, and I think it's because of all the edging I've been doing. I'm going to cut it out for the next couple of days, get my libido back up and try to keep it to a strict 3 per week regime.

Great idea, many guys edge way too much and it will kill your EQ just like doing too much of anything, looking good on the routine. keep it going Toadstool.

Thanks BigO. I find PE is easier to do once you start following and understanding the signs. I just hope my gains come faster than they have been. :)

Yes it is. It's called the mini sessions routine. I do it when I wake up, a few hours after and before I go to bed or work.
Each session is short and takes more time to warm up/down than it does to actually work out. Very time effective.
