Yesterday I noticed some pain in my pelvic region close to where the lymph nodes are and it went on and on as I walked or even when I sit down, but when I got into the shower it stopped hurting, and during my PE routine nothing hurt. Today everything was normal until I got an erection and after some time (4, 5 minutes, perhaps 10) it started hurting again, and it still hurts! The strange part is that when I touch my testicles it hurts in both places! Care to give any advice? Is this caused by the routine?

Stop your routine for a weak or two until things go back to normal. Don't jerk it or anything either

Thank you. Ah, so what could it be? And by the way, when I get back to my routine, should I add one or two more weeks at its end?

Have you been doing kegels as part of your routine? Because it sounds like a pelvic floor muscle strain to me (but I don't have a lot to go off of and am not an expert - someone else might chime in with a better answer).

Nah, I wouldn't worry about adding the extra weeks onto the end of your routine. Unless you end up having to take even longer time off, like a month or something.

I haven't been doing kegels because time is short, I usually end my routine at 1 a.m. and then I have no time to kegel.
Damn! Why did this have to happen to me!? I don't stretch too hard, I don't jelq too hard, I try to everything right, and now all is in vain...Brilliant!

Oh, is having erections not recommended as well?

No I meant it doesn't sound serious because you can still get erections. If you weren't able to get erections I'd be more worried.

But yes, the less erections you have the better probably, erections are work for your penis and you want to work him as little as possible.

Thank you... I hate these things. I should start kegeling, right?

I agree with BTB. The best thing to do is rest as it sounds like a muscle strain. Don't worry much about it, injury is essential to the process of healing.

It is muscular: 2 hours have passed since my last erection and now it will only hurt if pressed. You were right, and I thank you for all your assistance.

You might want to do an icy-hot treatment to speed up the recovery.
If it is muscular, this should help a little, if only to alleviate the pain.

Warm up like you normally would, and then apply something cold to it for a small amount of time. Repeat this two or three times in a row and again throughout the course of a week and it should help.

Well, I'll have 4 days to rest, today, friday, and the weeked, that ought to do the trick!

Actually, muscle strains can be fairly severe depending on how bad you strained it. Monitor your progress carefully and don't jump the gun on getting back into a routine cuz if it's not completely healed you'll only make it worse. I'd recommend waiting a full week after the symptoms are gone before trying anything again just to make sure it's had time to completely heal. Taking an extra week of rest now is better than having to take an extra month off if you make it worse! Four days probably isn't enough.

Or 4 days could be plenty of time for it to heal and I could be totally wrong, but better safe than sorry.

But won't this ruin my efforts so far? Yesterday I completed 3 weeks of jp's (5 fays on 2 days off) and now I have to stop due to injury, won't that make me get back to square one?

Rest shouldn't ruin your progress, especially if it is required. If you're injured, your body is getting stronger just by resting and healing. Avoid further straining the muscle at all costs... be patient.
