Morning yoga- done finished with 3' Lajin on each leg
Belly breathing - 1x 10'
Tennis ball massage - 2x 3'
RK in supine position 2x 10'
RK standing up 1x 25 reps
Hindi squats - done - 4x 20
Deep hindi squat with heels on book - done - 2x 1'
Hindi squats against the wall- done - 2x 1'
Evening yoga- done, finished with 3' Lajin on each leg
Hamstring stretches- done
Edging
Standing up - 1' and 30" - well dang it
Erection was better 7.5/10, probably because I did some K last night before I went to sleep. Like 2x 20 reps of short bursts. Started edging a little too enthusiastic, PF felt tight cause of the erection. I did 2s thrusts at the beginning, that was too fast and had to stop at 1' mark and did a RK, but PF felt still tight so I continued a tad slower and RK were not effective and I came after 30".
I felt really bummed out, I was really hyped up for edging today because of yesterday 7' edging in this position but it seems either bad EQ and lasting long or good EQ and PreE. Yesterday I did 10' RK and 10' of belly breathing before edging so that helped to relax my PF but sacrificing EQ for lasting long doesn't seem right. How am I going to put on a condom if I can't have a proper erection?
I think that I have to work on my posterior chain, very weak glutes and weak lower back. Lower back is all cramped up and because of that it is hard for me to do cobra stretch.
Today after reading some sexy stuff I noticed growing erection and it was followed with a waves of IK. So somewhat good erection has to be accompanied with IK.
Any advice?
