Pheweee it has been a busy few days with people updating stuff on the different threads :D

Congrats, you are updated.

I as well have climbed to that magic 2" BPEL mark in 13 months..

My goal for this year is to get on the list for length. I am fairly close to reaching the 1.5" mark. I just got to get in a good groove with the right intensity with my exercises to start gaining again. :)

My goal for this year is to get on the list for length. I am fairly close to reaching the 1.5" mark. I just got to get in a good groove with the right intensity with my exercises to start gaining again. :)

I'm sure you will get there Golf!

Just stay consistent with your workouts.:becky:

Btw my total length gains should be 1.8 inches since started at 6.3 inches.

Measured 4.3 when I started, todays measurements were 5.3-5.5" :becky:

Thanks!;) No I havent started clamping yet, I have read a lot of positive things about it. But I think I will just keep doing the squeezes (big als jelq free routine) until I stop gaining from that routine.

A sound approach. Stick with ULIs and other manual squeezes as long as you're gaining. Once you plateau, then you can get into the real fun...clamped edging:cool:

Will do. ULis is not included in the routine actually :) I will be more than happy with 5.5"+ girth, so I will probably/hopefully reach my goal before I hit a plateau.

I'm sure the ULIs will get you to 5.5! Just be consistent with your routine. Then you can enjoy some clamping and get to 6+. That's where I heading.;)

*note to self - add getinbig to girth gains section too ;)

Thank you :)

1-5 months: Extending
6-11: Jelqing, stretching, some ULis
12-16: Extending for foreskin (VLC-tugger)
17-21: Jelqing, stretching. And used an air pump unconsistently for a month or two I think.
22-22.5: Big als jelq free routine (great girth gains), responded great from the squeezes.
