vac ADS, water pumping, compression hanging
Why: compression hanging never did much for me; in contrast, vac ADS & water pumping are giving me (relatively) faster & superior results. And beyond newbie routines, I've never done much manual work (my biggest concern with manual work has always been I don't know how to "measure" it). I think that's why I've gravitated to devices.. What I mean is, one one side, I have a fear of overdoing it & injuring myself (and I worry I could do that with a manual approach). On the other hand, I want to use enough force, and a device gives me something more easily measurable and consistent.. At this point, I've used every single type of major length gain device; extender, vac ads/ hanger, and compression hanger... And I've had the best results / least injuries with vac ADS.
