Okay, since my injury has been healing, my soft glans has dissipated. Since my injury was to the pelvic floor, I am chiming in on that theory.
Strengthen your pelvic floor, stretch and exercise the muscles around the perineum, and enjoy a full head. I notice my head fills a lot easier when I am standing as opposed to laying on my back. When on my back, I notice my head fills up more as I am aroused more and more, which is accompanied with an increase in involuntary muscle contractions along the pelvic floor.
If everyone who claimed to have soft glans actually had a venous leak, then I would be surprised the rate of venous leakage in the populous isn't higher.
I've noticed mine gets better when i relax it. If i kegel it gets hard, and when i release it deflates immediately. Still, before the vein that leaks was much smaller and although it probably still "leaked" a tiny bit, which i think is normal is many men, it isn't normal for ME (we are all different). I engorged it repeatedly causing an increase in outflow. Fortunately i stopped PE (although not saying all PE is bad, just ones that engorge veins that shouldn't be engorged). If the vein was reduced in diameter a bit i am very confident that my issue would be almost unnoticeable. When i am super horny the inflow is so much that the head engorged and the vein stands out and i can actually feel the blood flowing out. Then i apply slight pressure on any point of the vein and watch as my glans engorges to full size and becomes very shiny.
I don't doubt your issue was which you say.. but that doesn't mean that is causing everyone's soft glans.
This sounds like me, except for that I haven't healed yet. I'll get on with this.
Meh. Kinda sucks. I was thinking I was having great erections (compared to a month ago anyway), but now I find out I'm not nearly there yet. Is it normal to have a hard head? My head only gets hard when I push my erection down an inch or two. Then it gets super hard, but when it's just standing up, my glans is really soft, whereas my shaft is hard. I'm pretty sure I don't have venous leak, as I've never done PE before, except for some REALLY light jelqing (more like masturbating).
How do you recommend to stretch and losen your perineum?
It could be the perineum area. It could be natural for you. For me, a firm head (not as hard as the shaft, but larger than flaccid and somewhat shiny, was normal)
There is alot of controversy about this. Some say that venous leak doesn't exist. Rather its just the smooth muscle being over contracted and not sealing off the dorsal vein properly. I personally buy into the pelvic floor theory 100 percent. Those with pelvic floor problems, hard flaccid, etc... all experience this. Instead of holding a kegel, when you have a good erection, hold a reverse kegel. This relaxes the muscles. This is what needs to be done. See if your glans doesn't inflate then.
Of course it exists. Both conditions exist. One existing doesn't discount the other. Some have been cured by having the vein embolized. Some have been cured with pelvic floor therapy. I never had hard flaccid. The reverse kegel's don't help me, believe me i've tried. I had noticed my problem SLOWLY getting better, and that is being
off the cialis which i only took for a month because i had hip surgery. So i think time, hot/cold alternating, good diet, and being young is helping whaver soft tissue damage i had slowly reverse. Yet it may never fully reverse. Still, without cialis i am sexually functional, and with it, I can do whatever i want and get aroused very easily (not the case 6 months ago).
I have the same issue I think I jelqed with too much of an erection I immediately noticed my erection go down instantly and I've been stuck with the soft glans ever since and no throbbing erections. The strange thing is though is that even when I squeese my PC muscle as hard as I can the glans still won't infalte fully, maybe half of what it used to. I'll do a strong Kegel and the glans will get a bit bigger but when I let go the glans deflate. I can't remember the last time I got an erection where the glans were big and glossy. Before this injury I was 6 inches erect curently I'm a bit below that (5.5 inches) but the deflated glans give the appearance of a smaller erection and I think I have slightly less girth due to the deflated glans. I believe a leak from one of the veins could be causing me to lose erections so quickly because when I get an erection I notice that the glans will deflate fast which often causes the entire penis to lose hardness.
I wonder about surgery for this issue do have any thoughts on it?
You should see a doctor and ask for EOD cialis 5mg. Say you are having trouble achieving proper erections. Also you need to quit any smoking (weed/alcohol), any painkillers, and make sure your diet is clean to exclude those issues.
Wow... I didn't even know this was a theory...
I always have had this and I can't remember not having it. I have rock hard, vainy erections mid-shaft, but my glans is always pretty soft. This applies mostly to when my dick is in it's natural erect position. When I'm hard and I push it slightly down, the glans gets much harder. Is this something bad? I always presumed it was normal. Or should your glans be just as hard as your shaft? When I'm 100% hard and kegel, the glans gets hard, and when squeezing my dick mid-shaft it also gets super hard... Yet another thing to worry about? Haha. After improving my EQ by about 300% in the last 6 weeks I'm pretty sure this is something I can overcome as well (given that's something to worry about).
Again some people are born like this. However i don't think it is the norm. I always used to get hard first in the glans, now it only gets hard if i kegel, or pinch the vein, ejaculate, or am extremely horny (and the moment i lose focus the head deflates a bit, and i never experience the "throb" anymore that i used to, unless i pinch the vein. I exercise alot so i think my blood flow is very good which helps compensate for the problem.
