Okay, I just now stumbled upon this exercise that claims it will give you girth. Basically, you squeeze the base of your penis for ten seconds at a time. Does this truly work? I want to do something less strenuous and time consuming(like jelqing) so I can get the rest of my gains back! Thanks to whomever can help.

uli's are slightly more complicated than that. the idea is to increase the blood pressure inside the penis to overinflate it slightly. you need to be pretty hard, maybe not 100% tho. restrict bloodflow out and its like overinflating a balloon. be very careful... you don't want to pop the balloon, popped vessels and bruising are not attractive. veins will become more prominent and you'll get a nice head swell. when it deflates, it will be stretched out slightly. lather rinse repeat for months and you will see considerable girth gains. uli's and horse squeezes are how i've gained approximately .75 inches girth since last year.

these are advanced exercises. don't attempt them until your penis is well conditioned, and ease into them. by the end of a month you'll be feeling a fat hang.

Kenneth, you are probably the most genetically gifted PE'r ever! So if you go back to what you did in your 'amazing regiment' i'm sure you'll get back your lost gains no problem.

Good luck!

Later edit: the reason i said Kenneth is probably the 'most genetically gifted PE'r ever' is because he had a thread called 'my amazing regiment' where he was telling us how he had gained 2 inches in length and 1.5 inches in girth in just two months.

Hi Pinoy, unfortunately if you immediately stop doing PE after you have made all of your gains then you will probably lose most of them (especially if you made gains quickly). :(

On the otherhand if you do a cementing routine after you've made all of your gains then your gains should become permanent. :)

https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-...-your-gains-make-your-pe-gains-permanent.html

Good luck! :)

isn't this somewhat erroneous?

say i PE, cement and gradually roll off my exercises. once i stop for a while, i will have stopped exercising entirely. Thus, gains should go away, cement routine or not, because i have the big change of not working out anymore.

that said i do believe cementing will be better than not cementing, but it seems logical that gains will go away regardless

Who knows. :) I am just the messanger of what more experienced PE'rs have said.

Me personally, if i ever reached my dream target of 7.5 inches i would never dream of stopping PE completely. Of course my routine could be cut down because i would be no longer chasing gains.. so if i now workout an hour a day 5 days a week i would cut down my routines to 30 minutes 3 times a week and i think i would mantain all of my gains no problem. :)

Tried a Uli the other day. Penis got super veiny! I'm excited to start trying these (once I finish my first 3 months) as it seems as though they have really good girth potential. Anyone know why it's called a "uli"? I knew a kid once named Ulysses and we'd call him Uli.. ha.
