Good info man.Is that therapist hot?
Well update on my situation, my varicocele came back, not as bad as before, but about the same.
Reason I believe, stress, caffiene and lack of sleep .
Thats all I can say for now, havnt started squatting again . Let us know how all your treatment goes.
She's alright, she's a bit of an older woman lol. She mentioned she has learned the techniques of Dr. Wise PhD who invented all of this stuff in his book Headache in the Pelvis, who created the trigger point therapy with stretches to fix Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS).
So I decided to go ahead and do stuff myself and man, do these exercises of this video feel fine! I'm a 100% positive my varicocele is caused by a tight pelvic floor.
And the key word is STRETCH! You gotta stretch that part on the left where it's causing the pain, and constricting your vein. Especially the exercise at 11:19 felt so great in stretching that particular spot where it is constricting.
Basically I'm suffering from CPPS and varicocele is a symptom of it you could argue. Guys, take the time to do all of these stretch exercises in this video and tell me how you feel afterwards, and if your varicocele shows changes. These felt great for me! Do each exercise twice, for 30 seconds as the guy instructs. You can do these at the privacy of your own home! I'm gonna buy a tennis ball and a rubber band like the one in the video to do those 2 exercises too.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6tueuGlo1Q (Skip to 2:30 to skip the talking and start the rest of the video where the exercises begin) Do listen to the guy's instructions and always do both the left and right side of your body for the best results!
These helped alot! My right varicocele vanished after doing these exercises. My left one also diminishes but the muscle on that side just needs more stretching I think compared to the right. So the varicocele comes and goes on the left. For now!!
You have to fight against this, you have to put in work on that pelvic floor, don't get lazy or apathic! You can pull yourself out of this through these stretches. Especially the part on the left where it's directly hurting should be targeted with
STRETCHING!
And it's not just your pelvic floor. It's your abs, all the way to your flanks of your torso, back, and legs, thighs. They're all accomplices in this condition because they're all influencing the pelvic floor. With the exercises of the video link I posted above you will notice you will feel stretching in these parts to! This is normal, and necessary! Loosen that sh*t up! :becky:
