DemOne i think you have put some time in reading and learning about your body!I have to say well done! You have your opinion and if it means something to you i encourage that.If your body can grow with 90 g of protein then you are good with that but understand that me and most of the people need more and more meals.I 've been in sport long time ago and k1 is my first sport and of course gym-bodybuilding.I used to eat 2-3 meals per day.Since 2 years ago i have putted 3 more meals and make it up to 6 meals per day.I feel my body works better when training after 6 meals rather 3.I have more energy and my rest time has reduce. Before i would hit 4 mmol-s in muscels after 1 hour of training today after 1 and half sometimes even more. And i've been trainin with juniors and make them eat more and less and in the one year they where much better with their perfomances as same as i was.Only one member in group i have noticed didn't feel anything different and his body weight stayed the same but that was only one in the group of 26 people.I am so glad that you are doing well with your training and that what you have found works for you good!If you ask me about protein shakes i don't use them anymore i have found out thaz i can eat enough true food without them. But i still use bcca and creatin because i have 3 training per day and app-5-6 hours of training in one day so i need energy to preform. Before someone gets confused about 3 trainings it's separate every one of them.Curently i am about to go pro and i am only 21 years old.So this works for me good and i am doing good.About myths internet is full of them but remember try everything and listen your body and you will find what works for you.And you have done that and it works for you-congrats!Now may i ask what do you do? I mean what sport are you in?
