You need more reverse kegels. NEVER do regular kegels while masturbating or sex, ESPECIALLY while watching porn. That is the cause of prem ejac. Do kegel exercises OUTSIDE of sex/masturbation an use reverse kegels during sex to stop ejaculation and keep the pelvic floor relaxed. You can do some reg kegels for erection strength MMO, but don't over do it. Get good at reverse kegels and stop watching porn.

I'm sorry to have to say this but it seems that the total cure for prem ejac is to have real sex often. I'm talking almost daily and 2-3 times per day. Yes... techiniques and exercises help a whole lot and get you to a better level, but constantly having an empty tank and constantly getting the real deal is what makes me last 45min-1 hour. If I stop for a week and don't do it as often I fall back down and ejaculate quicker. Don't get me wrong, do everything people tell you to do here in this site... it has certainly helped me....but you might not turn into a porn star until you get it all the time like they do. it's all about getting used to the real thing and doing it very often. Doing it 2-3 times in one day helps cuz u last longer each time and your body gets used to lasting longer and you don't cum as much/often when u have an empty tank. Having sex often, mastering reverse kegels, and stop masturbating to porn. trust me.

Also... If people have a severe case, I suggest stopping regular kegels for a while to see of that helps. It has helped many people including me. A member also told me that listening to all my advice is what helped him the most. also... when I have sex the second and third time, I feel total control with almost no pelvic spasms. That says a lot.

Agreed! Edging/Ballooning and Kegel/Reverse Kegel go hand in hand in working together for a natural realignment of ones ejaculatory response.

Interresting developmental note: a few months ago I "Googled" reverse kegels. PEGYM was the first hit and there were very few other mentions. Today I got nearly 300,000 hits!

Very true... our schedules conflict at the moment so now we don't do it as much and that has made my stamina suffer. Not being able to do it often and atleast 2 times a day sometimes, has cut my stamina time by half.

This is a good poll, HardOn, but, I feel strongly that you could have included Concentrated Breathing as an helpful and healthy ingredient to a "cure". Also, I'm sad to see that as of now 60% of the members that voted in the poll say that it is hopeless. I think they are wrong or not trying anything to overcome it.

I agree with you altought, I didn't put it in the poll because really, I dont think I ever stopped on that point being a so big factor. However I do acknoledge that when at the real thing, you need to be in control of your breath too.
And for the people who voted, it's only a 7 % who selected the option saying it was hopeless haha.

James Monroe, I mostly do reverse kegel's- hardly any regular ones anymore. Seriously, real sex must be the best to get used to, but it isn't always available, and not every woman would like to repetively have sex with a 10 pump guy. For those reasons, I think before trying out sex with someone else (unless she's patient enough), we should at least do our best to get to a minimal level of PE-curing.

On my side, things aren't noticably improving, I still don't last more than... 10 pumps, and stuff is still not encouraging; same problem as I had at last. My PC muscle's involuntary clenching, because of stimulation, is still taking over my voluntary reverse kegel's and the tension in my genitals, making it impossible to completly relax my PC muscle.

Did anyone ever experience this and beat it, or know's whatever thing who could possibly help, please share it here, I'm stuck !

In general you can expect the amount of sex to fall over the years if you stay with the same partner. I was geting sex multi times a day at the start of my current relationship. Ahh fond memories.

Same here; regular kegeling or reverse kegeling while sex/stimulation makes me want to get off faster, except I don't agree with what you said about relaxing the muscles. For me, relaxing my PC and BC muscles as for none of them to have any influence on my prostate does make me last longer, except I really can't keep it relaxed that much, if at all, for a very long time.
I'm seriously starting to feel hopeless, no progress is being noticed.

Countering the unvoluntary flexing of the PC muscle seem's impossible to do, and being in a position where when I push a reverse kegel, it still makes me urge to finish off and get's me closer to PONR, I really don't see anymore what I can do to counter these unvoluntary kegel's.

Something that has really worked for me lately is to try to walk around all day semi reverse kegled. Like your forcing your dick out and encouraging blood into it. Do it with a Fuck you attitude to. Like your the biggest Dick in the room and you could satisfy any girl in the room and only cum when you want to. When masturbating/edging keep this mind frame and make sure you don't involuntarily kegal. Tell your pc what its going to do. Keep the attitude that you don't cum until your good and ready and you can go as long as you Damn well please. That you are in complete control of the situation. Keeping your pc very relaxed as to encourage more flow to your penis. Fake it til u make it.

I notice sometimes in the day I involuntary kegel, like while walking or whenever. Surely pusing a constant reverse kegel through the day would counter the regular involuntary kegel's who happen during the day, and that would need to have affect on a long term run.
I think the hardest will be to constantly think about it, and also keep your bladder empty.

I'll surely try that out, still hoping someday I'll be able to... I don't know to what anymore, considering pushing a reverse kegel to counter the involuntary regular kegel's who come up during intercourse doesn't decrease the excitement level and get you further from reaching the PONR, I don't understand how reverse kegeling can help. Enlighten me anyone !

There are any number of threads and posts on this and it is a very simple process. Build up reverse kegel strength with an out of sex training routine until it matches kegel strength. Now this may take time and effort, like lots of other things in life. Many ,very many guys have done this ,others would rather whiine than do the work ,thay get no sympathy from me.

I agree with that, Pegasus, people only complaining and doing no efforts won't get far in what they start. Now, I didn't really see (it's not like I didn't search) any precise post on reaching or equalizing the strenght of someone's reverse kegel's to the regular ones, could you post a link, if you have any specific one in head, on how to attain this, please ?

None of the above, regular fucking is the best cure by far. Do it until you get bored.

Gotta say, as a guy who's spent a lot of time working on this, that I think this is up there. In no particular order...

1. Pelvic floor balance - covers involuntary kegels and rapid physical arousal
2. Mental peace - no anxiety, trust in your partner and/or genuine subconscious confidence in your performance
3. Lots of fucking.

Everything else is probably too much detail and just confusing, which could make things worse until you get a handle on it.

Over-sensitivity is a symptom, not a cause. I know the feeling all too well. It means you're already up at level 8 or 9 for some other reason. The trick is to be able to get hard at low arousal, maybe like a 3 or 4 if you can. The times I've lasted the longest it's been like my arousal had the handbrake on, but I could still get hard without having to slam my foot down on the gas. As it were.

Now obviously achieving all the above can still take time and effort, so this isn't to discredit anything else discussed here by any means, going through all this work this year has left me far more self-aware than ever and that's one hell of a worthwhile result, but I think it's probably this simple overall.

A couple of people above (sorry for not quoting) have mentioned 100% erection being a problem.

I find this a little odd because I've found that when I'm rock solid my penis head becomes far less sensitive to the point it sometimes doesn't even feel like it's attached. For me, the 90-95% hardness is far more sensitive. Weird.
