I'm new here and was willing to do a post who would help me and most of the people looking for answers & cures to the premature ejaculation "mystery".
Sorry if the title misled you, I'm looking for concrete answers and to figure out what would be a real solution.
So, as most of the people here, I've got a pretty bad history of "quickies" (masturbating quickly, while regular kegeling) from when I was young and didn't want to get caught. That lead me and most of us here to premature ejaculation as I could understart, because we have got our pelvic area used to flexing the PC muscle, wich when contracts, squeeze's on the prostate (male G-spot) and then accelerates and makes the excitation level much higher, wich leads to comming fast.
Now, I've read a lot on this, willing to get rid of it naturally. I've found information about reverse kegel's, who are supposed to, as I understood it, loosen the tightness of the PC muscle in contact with the prostate, and so to get loose the tension on the pelvic floor area. Few people were saying a good kegeling routine would be with about more then 50 % of reverse kegel's than regular kegeling, but in my oppinion regular kegel's would only make the progress slower, due to the PC muscle already being overpowered, compared to the BC muscle, what would cause an imbalance. Please feel free to correct me and guide me if my deductions aren't quite accurate.
That being said, let's pass to the part 2 of the problem, the oversensitivity of the penis while edging. I've taken reverse kegeling quite seriously (only been on a everyday routine for 2 weeks, now) but don't really see any apparent progress; I mean, I've added edging to my routine, but even when I push a RK (reverse kegel) the "hardest" I can (not to the point I sh*t myself, lol), it still is too weak to counter my regular kegel who flex's when stimulation is present, wich makes me not being able to edge for like, more then 5 minutes. This really destroy's my hopes, as these are the only 2 treatments I know and I truly believe in.
I'd like to add that, my final goal isn't to become a multi-orgasm-man (that's easy, only flex you're PC muscle hard as hell just before PONR) but to lower sensitivity and stop premature ejaculation.
I don't consider becoming a multi-orgasm-man is having beaten the problem, because you still reach orgasm as fast, only you dont come.
I'd like to thank everyone who will have taken the time to read until here, and even more the ones who will have answered.
Please share us you're solutions, success stories and the method's you used to beat PE, or at least make it less bad !
