congrats on your gains so far, in terms of your plateau, why not apply the same principles that bodybuilders use for a stubborn body part, instead of your normal routine, shock the muscle or in this case penis and then take a break and give it some time to recover??

Sorry i cant advise on a routine to shock, but sure some of the guys on here would be able to help!!

Hey dude,
if you have some trouble gaining I think there are 2 approaches to try to break this:
- take some time off. 1-2 weeks should be enough. Then start a bit lighter and work up. Also some little tweaks to the routine can probably be done after you analyze your log.
- try to shock the penis with a shocking routine. Before the routine take a couple of days off and after it take at least 5 days off.

I think taking time off would be safer and better approach if you haven't taken any layoff breaks recently. I personally have some experience with layoffs and they work well. I've never tried a shock routine though, and I hope I won't need to.

Millia: I suggest the RSDT. (due to the massive tunica fatigue this fulcrum generates)

You'll have to drop weight... but if more weight at SD/ BTC wont work, you could move on to the RSDT. Maybe you could write on article on how to make it & your experience with it later too...? (if you decide to use it)

Thanks for all the support fellas, I've been having a rough time adapting from working 0 hours to over 40 in a week, so participation took a toll as well as PE, I'll continue to respond in order..
Damn Mil....if you have in fact hit a plateau, hanging that weight for that amount of time will help your penis break through it for sure!! When was your last gain dude?

Honestly can't tell you when my last gain was, I haven't measured in a while. I actually have the ruler right next to my laptop, but I haven't used it because I quite frankly don't care. My girlfriend notices I'm bigger every time and comments on it every time so that in itself is enough for me. I have a mini aluminum coke bottle that is just shy of 7.5" so I haven't done it yet, but eventually I will be using that as a measuring point rather than an actual ruler. I'm just more focused on getting it done rather than the actual results, if that makes sense. While the numbers and important I don't feel the need to measure anymore until I hit my goal, and even with that I still have some ways to go.

Thanks for the idea brother, since I think this is 5 days off or somewhere around there I think I might just take some more time off and devise a new plan, undoubtedly I need to increase the weight I'm hanging with, so this will definitely help. I can't say for sure that I've plateaued but it would be hard to tell since I haven't measured in a long time. I don't think that a shock routine is called for right now, and it would be hard to do so for me since I'm in such high weight. I could take time off and then come back, but then I'm only concerned about my ligaments becoming even tougher from the extended break.

I think it might be time for me to pick through all the posts of this and analyze my log and everything I've done these past 5-6 months in terms of PE and hanging. I am considering a week off because I already have a 4 day start on the 7 day week.. Hard to say, but if I do take a decon break and come back, I can't go back to 17.5 lbs because my ligaments will be healed and toughened and heavily resistant to that weight, so I'll have to come back at 20 lbs. Not sure, but thanks for the great idea on analyzing my log buddy!

I don't think that that's needed now, if I have indeed plateaued (doubtful) then I'll be mixing it up more, I am ordering a size 2 muzzle and will make the same modification I made to my first with it and then try a different modification as well (A la Andy) and go from there. I figure if I hit 30 lbs and there isn't much change then I'll go to BTC hanging and then this RSDT thing if necessary. Thanks for the link though, I bookmarked it :D


I just checked my last measure date (the date I took the picture) and that was 7/31, so essentially it's been roughly a month since I took a good measurement. The other one was when I took a quick measurement while edging and was huge at 7" but that was like a week after that.

I have compiled the month of March routines of mine into a word document, but it is too large to upload onto here. So once I get every month from April-July I'm going to upload them onto somewhere, and then go onto page 1 and post a link where they will be available, I am also going to rewrite my first page as an intro and welcome to my huge-ass log.

I've also ordered a size 2 muzzle, can't wait for it to get here.

Hey man,
If you do a little decon, don't come back from it at full speed or more, i.e. 20lbs hanging. As in normal weight training I think it's best to start out lighter after a break and work it up so your penis can get used to the tension and not get damaged. You won't lose gains if you start a bit lighter, just like you won't get weaker if you lift a bit less weight after a break, but you'll make sure that you won't do harm. Take care buddy!

Got called into work earrrly, gonna be working a 12 hour shift. So I'm bringing my extender with me.
Also I dod my anti turkey neck stretches today (JAI + 30 upward pulls + max pull down on scrotum skin) and 60 seconds of stretching at the turkey neck point.

Edit: also masturbated, I ejaculated 5 mins ago (it's 3:52 AM now) and I'm still rock hard. My erection was very strong after hanging. It could be from the sporadic kegels I do at work strengthening my PC, or that getting an erection, a little after hanging is like super strong. It doesn't feel like a 10/10 on the scale, but goddamn it was so pumped full of blood.. It may have been a 10 after all!

That's what we call pendulum swinging, you can do it as much as you want, it creates more deformation in the ligaments which is a good thing. Just don't swing it so hard that it flies off or causes the hanger to slip off.
You can do side-to-side, front to back, or circles. I'm more a fan of front to back myself.

Yeah man no problem. After your question I paid closer attention to the coldness of my glans this past week. Sometimes I wouldn't get cold until an hour in, but if this was the case, I also didn't make it to the feeling of slight discomfort, which I personally feel is needed to gain. Every single time, by the time I was ready to strap out of the extender, my glans were fairly cold.

How's everything with the extender going? It seems you're getting in some time with it at work and what not, that's great!

I see you've attached a few rods to your extender already, just had a few questions for ya Millia.
How extended is your extender when you wear it, in relation to your bpel or nbpel? (The same?, 1" less?, 1cm more?)
Also which direction do you wear your extender? up or down? What is your LOT? Which directions do you hang?
