Damn Mil....if you have in fact hit a plateau, hanging that weight for that amount of time will help your penis break through it for sure!! When was your last gain dude?

Honestly can't tell you when my last gain was, I haven't measured in a while. I actually have the ruler right next to my laptop, but I haven't used it because I quite frankly don't care. My girlfriend notices I'm bigger every time and comments on it every time so that in itself is enough for me. I have a mini aluminum coke bottle that is just shy of 7.5" so I haven't done it yet, but eventually I will be using that as a measuring point rather than an actual ruler. I'm just more focused on getting it done rather than the actual results, if that makes sense. While the numbers and important I don't feel the need to measure anymore until I hit my goal, and even with that I still have some ways to go.

congrats on your gains so far, in terms of your plateau, why not apply the same principles that bodybuilders use for a stubborn body part, instead of your normal routine, shock the muscle or in this case penis and then take a break and give it some time to recover??
Sorry i cant advise on a routine to shock, but sure some of the guys on here would be able to help!!
Thanks for the idea brother, since I think this is 5 days off or somewhere around there I think I might just take some more time off and devise a new plan, undoubtedly I need to increase the weight I'm hanging with, so this will definitely help. I can't say for sure that I've plateaued but it would be hard to tell since I haven't measured in a long time. I don't think that a shock routine is called for right now, and it would be hard to do so for me since I'm in such high weight. I could take time off and then come back, but then I'm only concerned about my ligaments becoming
even tougher from the extended break.
Hey dude,
if you have some trouble gaining I think there are 2 approaches to try to break this:
- take some time off. 1-2 weeks should be enough. Then start a bit lighter and work up. Also some little tweaks to the routine can probably be done after you analyze your log.
- try to shock the penis with a shocking routine. Before the routine take a couple of days off and after it take at least 5 days off.
I think taking time off would be safer and better approach if you haven't taken any layoff breaks recently. I personally have some experience with layoffs and they work well. I've never tried a shock routine though, and I hope I won't need to.

I think it might be time for me to pick through all the posts of this and analyze my log and everything I've done these past 5-6 months in terms of PE and hanging. I am considering a week off because I already have a 4 day start on the 7 day week.. Hard to say, but if I do take a decon break and come back, I can't go back to 17.5 lbs because my ligaments will be healed and toughened and heavily resistant to that weight, so I'll have to come back at 20 lbs. Not sure, but thanks for the great idea on analyzing my log buddy!

I suggest the RSDT. (due to the massive tunica fatigue this fulcrum generates)
You'll have to drop weight... but if more weight at SD/ BTC wont work, you could move on to the RSDT. Maybe you could write on article on how to make it & your experience with it later too...? (if you decide to use it)

I don't think that that's needed now, if I have indeed plateaued (doubtful) then I'll be mixing it up more, I am ordering a size 2 muzzle and will make the same modification I made to my first with it and then try a different modification as well (A la
Andy) and go from there. I figure if I hit 30 lbs and there isn't much change then I'll go to BTC hanging and then this RSDT thing if necessary. Thanks for the link though, I bookmarked it
I just checked my last measure date (the date I took the picture) and that was 7/31, so essentially it's been roughly a month since I took a good measurement. The other one was when I took a quick measurement while edging and was huge at 7" but that was like a week after that.
