Extender 1 hour
Extender 1.5 hours

Rice sock warm-up ~12 minutes
Hanging 17.5 lbs with pendulum swining front to back 15 minutes
BTT stretch 20 minutes
Extender at 6" tension 45 minutes

Notes: 1 cup of green tea today. Got to find a way to counteract this cold glans while extending. Rice sock is outta the question because I can't be microwaving stuff at 11 PM -12 AM at night... So maybe I can give the plastic bag of water a shot... Not sure. Might just nuke the rice sock and use an extra layer when I'm warming up, so that way it stays muoy caliente (Espanol for very hot) so it's warm enough for when I slap on the extender.. God if these stupid heated socks worked then it would've been PERFECT. Damn.

Gym
Did 3 sets of squats.. Hamstrings felt like they were about to be torn so switched to 15 minutes cardio (jump rope)
Did some ab work as well {light}

I looked at PESG's routine & thread... very interesting. I see why people talk about it so much. Some of what he did flies in the face of normal PE.

Wow, with that kind of time, you might need to reduce your hanging weight. Watch out for that! (Extender 1 hour & Extender 1.5 hours)

I predict you wont be able to hang what you normally do... I do think hanging + extender should result in some good gains.
Which extender is that? It looks like a nice one.

Yeah I had a night of contemplation last night. Had to cut the last set of extending short because I went out with a buddy and we enlightened ourselves. So I had spent a good part of the night just thinking about that stuff, so I actually found a good way to counter-act this effect last night and tested it out today. So far so good. Also gotta keep telling myself that this isn't hanging and even though I'm used to hanging lots of weight I'm not conditioned to extend a lot yet :p. That's why I toned down what I was extending at as well.

I don't know too much about extenders though... I think people start with an hour a day? I'm not sure... anything we can't compare this since you're doing something much more advanced... The force doesn't seem like much but it should have an impact after a while--since you're stacking it with hanging.

It's not the duration it was the force applied during extending that was the issue. I treated this as if I was a pro or been extending for years or something when in reality I have no use with it. So all it took was some re-evaluation, shutting down my arrogant pride and taking some of my own medicine which tells me to take it slow. If I keep adding rods and tension I'm not giving my penis a chance to adapt to the extender (bad). But if I play it smart and take it slow, eventually my penis will adapt to the elongated extended state and I'll be able to progressively add more rods and more rods means progress, like more weight in hanging. I also think that if I start donig kegels again in a somewhat effective and organized manner then I'll be able to stay in the extender for longer sets. Doing kegels while in the extender will bring blood to the whole unit especially the glans.

I'm hoping that adding the extender will give you some easier gains. A lot of guys stall around the 1" to the 1.5" mark (just as a rule of thumb with PE, I think most guys don't make it past 1" for one reason or another). However, I've seen a good number of dedicated extender users make it all the way to the 2" mark. I've seen a lot of hangers reach that mark too (which is what got me to start hanging).

Before we got down to business while I was still in boxers my girlfriend said "you feel so much bigger!". So I pulled it out and after she did some examination, she confirmed I was bigger since last week :). Anyways, when I pulled my boxers off and I was at a solid 10/10 EQ my penis looked even bigger then the other night when I was edging and took the pictures. It looked like it had to be at least 6.6 NBP. I can't find my ruler, but hot damn I may have had a growth spurt within the last week or so!

Thanks man, but I don't find that I write in as much detail as I'd like to but hell at least I try to be consistent lol.


Also, since I'm on my log, I've been meaning to mention that having a bigger dick is actually beneficial in my relationship.. Beneficial is an easy way to put it.. It has been important to me, my girlfriend says that this size or old size it was fine but there is a huge difference in different areas. I'll write more about it later.

Notes: 3 cups of green tea today.. So damn exhausted from that Star Wars convention, going to sleep early and got a full day tomorrow. Will probably get some hanging in the morning done.

That has gotta be an incredible feeling!! Is it possible to gain anything in a week in your experience? You better locate that ruler and post up some new stats my man! Your dedication and awesome routine are paying off big time. Keep up the fine work Mil.

Extended for 2 consecutive hours (finished with a scorching hot glans) :)

Shower warm-up 5 minutes (flaccid pulled out, hand cupped underneath shower head direct on penis, great way to get loose)
Hanging 17.5 lbs for 20 minutes
BTT stretch 5 minutes
Extender for 30 minutes

Notes: No green tea today, ran around with girlfriend for most of day, think the lack of caffeine and running errands with her made me extra tired because I took a two hour unintentional nap. Slept for 12 hours last night, which was great because I was recharged somewhat. Extender was good, thinking about adding a short rod for some additional tension. Falling behind on PM's and sorry to all that are waiting on responses, just got a bunch of sh*t to take care of first..
Start my new job tomorrow (orientation) and will hopefully get a better idea of what my schedule will look like for the rest of the week.
The 18th is my 2 week limit at 17.5 lbs, but I'm going to push it back to the 20th/21st because I just upped the total set time to 20 minutes, so I figure I can afford the extra 2/3/maybe even 4-5 days if I do the 20 minutes consistent and even add in pendulum swinging before I should up the weight to 20 lbs.

Humm.. I mean anything is possible, but as far as gaining in a week I really don't know. If my girlfriend said I was bigger it could've been because my EQ was a solid 11/10, rather then the 8's-9's I can pull off on my own at home. I'm gonna keep away from the ruler for a little bit this time.. I mean even with the solid inch I've gained, I'm in no rush to track further gains because I know these will take longer to come, for now I'm just enjoying my routine's simplicity and the journey as well as the challenge of staying consistent. I've also got to look at what it's going to take to do maintenance work as well, seeing as how I hope to be reaching my goal by the end of the year.
