Below is an email that I received in regards to a jelq device usage, felt it would be an appropriate thing to share the general knowledge:


Hey buddy :)
Put it like this in context 1 jelq = 5+ jelqs w/ a jelq device. The jelq device intensifies the power of the jelq. As a result of the intensity of the jelq device it is extremely easy to overtrain as well as injure yourself, which is where the "less is more" mantra should in essence be followed. Some ****some**** people have reported that using a JD (jelq device) has resulted in flattening out their penis (which would make for a less round but more girthier in theory) because the device is essentially two rolling pins that you use to force blood thru your penis. Now on that matter you can try to rotate it so instead a top bottom pressure application you're doing a side to side sort of exercise, but when I myself tried it it caused my penis to rotate back to a top bottom jelq. Now, depending on what you're overall goal is as well (and after a few months of conditioning) you manipulate the jelq device to incorporate combination stretches as well as holds that can help with girth - later down the line of course.

I had wrapped my dick today after a JP90 session, and Ive been doing it for about a week and a half, already feels like im gaining too :]

This is very true. I come and go every few months. I believe in my first post of the thread I've left my PE e-mail which I actively monitor, but alas nobody seems to e-mail it at all.

Edited my intro post to include this update for today to anyone who cares.

I'm excited to get started with PE again!

Life changes since last consistent post:
Age (duh)
Quit smoking cigarettes/dipping tobacco
Work out 5-6 days a week, would like to compete either in bodybuilding or physique
Diet; cleaned up to an extent, rarely drink alcohol now, but found out in adulthood that I have binge eating disorder and have trouble controlling it when mixed with some substances from below.
Region of the world: way different, moved from the Southeast to the Northeast

Sex life
Has stalled out somewhat after I went on a tear for quite some time - I still have sex occasionally but I don't make the time for women who are interested (thank you internet/dating apps) and have a more vested interest on myself right now (getting competition ready, continuing to be successful at work, and getting my degree).
Masturbate daily or every other day. No edging because I'm lazy and don't typically have the time/interest/reason/desire to (this will change).

Drugs/Supplements
Consistently take adderall to combat ADD, try to avoid taking it on the weekends to give my body a break from the drug, assuming I'm not working a Saturday and have copious amounts of homework to do
Caffeine: 1 cup of coffee a day, some days none

C4 Cellucor as preworkout (1/2 scoop on any given day except for leg days, leg days are 1 full scoop)

Mary jane - typically nightly as a sleeping aid and to also relax. There's also times where she REALLY helps with my appetite as I find some nights I come home and have no appetite whatsoever, she really aids me in that arena so I can hit my macronutrient goals

Lifestyle
Fairly healthy, consistently busy. But my mentality when it comes to a lot of things is positive. Of course I still have down moments but they are easy to overcome. There are times where I feel lonely and think that I'm ready for a relationship, but I know in my heart that as much as I want it I'm too invested in my routine and on being successful that a relationship would be #5 on my list of priorities, and what lady would want to hear that?
My day typically starts at 630 AM, out the door by 7-715 and coming back home usually around 830-9. Long days man!

Update 5/6/15
After a long hiatus from PE and the gym here I have determined that I am going to get back into PE. I will continue to use this log as it feels like after 83 pages and a long vacation, it only feels right to keep going after such a huge investment in this in the first place.

My new routine will contain some manual work, edging, light jelqing (if time permits), and I will primarily be pumping this go around as it seems like that will be easiest for my schedule and lifestyle.

I have ordered a pump off of Amazon which will arrive on Friday 5/8/15 at which point I will develop my routine and tinker with the actual pump. I'm aiming to start a serious pumping routine by Monday. For this (as I know some people would advise against) I purchased a SizeMatters hand pump with gauge, a comfort seal, and a beginner tube of 1.75" x 9". Already I know I am going to have a challenge with pumping since my nutsack hangs really close to body, but I'm hoping to change that over time, I will eventually dabble in scrotum weight hangers to elongate my scrotal sack and to also work on ridding myself of the turkey neck that I've hated for so long. I will eventually want to get into testicle pumping as well, and will most likely purchase a two stage chamber for that purpose later down the road once I know that I can stay consistent with pumping and it won't be a useless investment that sits there. Right now for my whole set-up I've invested around $70 total, to me this isn't too big of an investment if I can't be consistent with it and was a nice experiment.

Since general health seems to also be a hot topic around here, I will also be including my training programs in my posts (as I track them anyways).

Keep in mind that I now have a fulltime career, still a part time student, and train 6 days a week at the gym, and have to care for two fur babies.

I will also take fresh measurements, and possibly pictures as well to keep with the nature of my original progress log and to also show any gains for the skeptics.

Flaccid was nice and pumped, only a slight donut-like effect which tells me to tone it WAY DOWN! But no pain, donut was gone within a few hours, everything A-OK!

Hey Millia great journal thanks for sharing all your experiences. I'm extending 7/8 hours during work and pumping 5 -15 mins in the evening. I'm currently in a plateau to get to the next bars so am considering hanging to engage my ligs and get gaining again whilst still extending. Would a muzzle hanger do or should I go straight for a bib. I'm asking based on your injury but appreciate you did this at a massive weight. Any advice would be appreciated. Hope the pumping is going well. Take it easy.

Hi, new to this forum.

I have been hanging weight for about 2 months. Doing some stretches in the car on long rides and JQ at night here and there.

My bpsfl is slightly less than my bpel.

I’m not really gaining anything!! I’m trying to quit smoking, I’ve heard that ruins your penis length and I’ve just picked up a heater to use some heat on it while hanging..

I could have sworn i measured when I was younger and was close to 8x6.

bpel - 7 1/4

I’m up to around 6lbs of weight a couple times a day for about 30-40 mins.

If having stretched be less than hard, I should be gaining more, right?
