Hell no! I'm scared to take measurements to be honest with you. My measuring tape is hiding behind my speakers for a good reason! :eek:
I suppose I should take some soon so I can see where I'm at and if gains come in the future.

Hey man.....I TRIED to follow your routine step by step and got all jacked up. I had to keep reading and still don't think I have it all figured out. Guess I'm too freakin old to put it all together in one session. ha ha ha ha If you can send me your vid, I would be greatly appreciative and my lil man might get it done correctly then! :)
As far as hanging, I either set on the edge of the couch or edge of a chair. I get better hang that way. I started with 2# weights and now I'm up to 15#. My goal is to hang about 30#'s. Love reading your posts, by the way. You are funny and have great inspiration for all of us! Thanks buddy!!!

Hey if you want to shoot me a PM and ask me specific questions, I'd be more than glad to answer them for you. As far as the vid goes I've lost half of my materials since I moved out of my Dads hosue. I know for me it was around the 30-35 lb mark that did me in and gave me an injury that lasted for awhile. But hindsight says I was obviously doing something wrong.
how much have u gained with just hanging?
In all honesty, I had gained about an inch from hanging, but with the injury that I had sustained and then completely stopping all PE for about 10-12 months, I believe I have lost most of it, but then again I haven't measured in God knows how long because I stopped worrying about my size for the time being.

Some much overdue replies, some people have PM'ed me asking questions, which I also included here because it may be beneficial for others to read or stumble upon.

It probably took over a months time of hanging more or less every night to gain the results - granted this is from memory from a while ago so I don't exactly remember, also I started out manually stretching for the first month, so that may have played a role in it. I'm not quite sure. It's a lot to go through but there's periodical results throughout the log.

I found that when I first got my JD way back when that it used to roll as I was jelqing. The amount of squeeze that was applied to it was a lot different but also more substantial then from when I used the 'OK' grip to jelq.

In terms of continuous rolling, after some time and some usage, the rollers stopped rolling which I attribute to the foam parts just being to laden down by my ostentatious use of Bio Oil when I was jelqing with it.

The fatigue used to come after rigorous workouts, but then again fatigue was never something that I've really taken note of in the penis department except for after a lot of sex, or rigorous hanging.

The difference between the JD and the 'OK' grip is that they work differently, the JD works more on a centralized top to bottom area, while the 'OK' grip when done properly should typically even distribute and push blood through the veins and arteries of the penis. There's subtle differences, but then also have it noted that different amounts of pressure should be used when doing the OK grip and using a JD, it's a lot easier to apply too much force when using the JD.
