Yeah, usually when i try to use my imagination its easy for me to lose focus and think about something else. I realized this was becoming a problem when i was having some foreplay with my gf and all i could think about was how much i wanted to watch some porn, having sex was so much effort and porn was just easier.

Yes, it is normal. It is called a flatline.

Your brain is so used to have it's dopamine fix through porn that when you stop it you will feel down and loose any interest in sex for a while, before it comes back in a much better way : that is, you will be aroused again by real people and not by pixels.

What you describe is extremely common among porn addicts as is the fact of not being able to get an erection whiteout porn (and able with it), that's definitely a sign of a pretty heavy addiction and of an unhealthy use of porn (think about it, why would a healthy young man be unable to get an erection whiteout using porn??). There are many thousands of testimonies of these symptoms on the internet (for example on the nofap community on reddit).

My girlfriend knows about my porn problems, she doesn't really sees it as a huge problem since we never had any problems in bed, of course i never told her that sometimes i rather watch porn than have sex with her.
I believe i have some sort of PIED, i never have a rock hard erection during sex, more like a 93% and when i am masturbating its usually 70/80%.

I watch porn since i was a teen, i don't have morning woods ever, i was probably in middle school the last time i had one, the only few times i can remember having a a rock hard erection was one month ago when i started PE, i was so horny and getting hard all the time so i abused porn for that week and then i never had this solid erections again and before PE i had one solid erection two years ago when i didn't have porn to watch and was thinking about this girl i met (my current girlfriend), it happened just this two times, at least this are the memorable ones. Right after i started PE i had some night woods, which never happened before, i woke up in the middle of the night and my penis was 50% erect, it happened a few times and then i abused porn.. and during my first week of PE, i wanted to sleep with every girl i saw on the streets and this have never happened before, i usually don't feel the need to go after women at ALL! the only reason i started dating my gf was because she and i lived in the same house with other people from college.

I am seriously considering going porn free. I unfornately discovered prone masturbation as my preferred method of masturbating as a kid. I believe this caused me to have what is called traumatic masturabatory syndrome. Once you get off the porn you will and have experienced more normal erections. You need to begin to see porn for what it is...an over exaggerated fantasy. I often call it very cartoony. Its so embedded into your routine that it will cause relational problems if you don't nip it in the bud.

Are you and your girlfriend into slow and easy sex? Maybe try giving each other full body massages if she's willing to try that. This would help you to relax and reorient your senses so you can become hard more naturally...Just a suggestion...

Cut the porn. Cold turkey. Start an exercise routine to replace it. Have a better body. Will build your self esteem.

To truly break the porn habit, you need to start doing something more constructive. A regular exercise routine would be a good place to start. Improve your body and improve your self esteem. Go easy on masturbating for a few weeks. Otherwise it might tempt you back to the porn. If you do have to masturbate, don't have any electronic devices near you.
