Big Al, et. al.....

So, would anyone else advise that, given my history that I outlined in my earlier post, I should take a deconditioning break then launch into this "jelq-free" routine, or should I just dive in today and get started? I took almost a month off from this past mid-July into August.

Another question I have is, are the side-to-side stretches done in a left to right, "cranking" motion? For some reason, I can't get the videos to play.

Thanks!!

If you have already taken a month off this summer, IMO, probably won't help to take another month off. When I did the side to side, I would stretch it to the left left, touch the left thigh and pull, then "pendulum" it to the right thigh, pause and stretch.

DownLow, BigAl, etc..

Thanks for the input. I worked on the side to side stretches just starting out basic with 200 reps today, followed by some circular "cranks" done very slowly. I also did some squeezes, but want to make sure I'm doing them correctly. I squeeze at the base and under the head....but at that point am I supposed to hold it...or...while squeezing, move the hands in toward each other? I have about 20 minutes in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoons to work on these exercises.

Thanks. You guys rule!

thank you Al, appreciate the response :D .

i have always done my girth work second as i can get a good erection even after extensive length work. i'm going to switch it around on your recommendation and see how it goes. based on your experience working with trainees, do you have an average figure in relation to how much they gained in length and girth?

thanks again

Big Al,

Since you are recommending that we try the stretching AFTER the "squeeze" girth exercise, can you give us a suggestion on how long afterwards to wait before doing the stretch? For example, is it any more beneficial to go immediately into the stretch or wait until the pump subsides from the squeezes before going into the stretches? I could also do squeezes on day and stretching the next day, but I don't want any interference with recovery.

Wait until your penis is flaccid then go immediately into the stretches, if possible.

Is there any videos of the side to side stretch? The videos in the exercise area are not working.

Thanks :)

Whatever position is most comfortable for you should work- as long as you can get a good range of motion of your stretches and you're able to stretch downwards.

Big Al, generally speaking, how effective do you think the jelq ACTUALLY is? You're right that the majority of routines use jelqs as their main exercise, but it can't just be a coincidence. Obviously those people found it to be effective and useful at all levels of PE. I've done PE for practically a year but haven't made any gains, so I'm going to go ahead and give this routine a try. However, I'm sort of contemplating whether or not to throw a few (5-10) minutes of jelqing in there as well. What do you think? Is jelqing really necessary or would it just be a waste of time for me to do?

And also, you say to do 1000 side stretches. In your video, you touched your right thigh, then left thigh, then straight out and then down. Would that be considered 1 rep or 4 reps?
