I am still doing this routine, but wondering where to go from this routine. Whats the best thing to do after this one? I am now on the following reps:
18-04
25 minute warmup with rice sock
725 side to side stretches
62 squeezes
30 Kegels and RK's while erect
Edging for 30-60 minutes.
Especially the kegels are "bothering" me, it takes time and I don't know if I need to increase the amount as well. The kegels I do are 5 second holds, and right after a normal kegel I do a reversed kegel, also for 5 minutes.
The routine takes quite some time already, 90 minutes or so, and I am not on the 1000 reps for the side to side yet, and how many squeezes can I end up with? I left the jelqing routine because it took me too much time, and now I end up with a routine that also takes quite some time. I do gain from it so part of me wants to continue, another part is looking for something more efficient.
Someone with a brilliant idea? I am thinking about buying a solid air pump, or maybe an extender. I have a Bathmate as well, maybe I need to get back to that one. I do like the fact that I am using my hands only with this routine, but I am ready to try new things as well.
