The 1000 count is a recommended maximum. You should only be doing what you can handle in one sitting and add a few reps each session. Touching one side equals one rep, and the slight pull downwards is part of the transition point. Think of it like a pendulum- each "tick" counts as one rep.

Left + right should be 2 , right?

Hello Big AL

Im about to start this program and test it but i have a few questions, the first is, do you recommend using bathmate after i peform the exercises?
The secound is when i do side 2 side exercise i end up getting hard and it takes a few secounds to go back to flaccid, does that effect the results?

You can use the bathmate as a warm down (and warm up as well). Use for 5-7 minutes with very warm water under moderate pressure.

The secound is when i do side 2 side exercise i end up getting hard and it takes a few secounds to go back to flaccid, does that effect the results?

As long as you keep your erection under 50% you should be OK. If it gets out of hand, give your glans a firm but not painful pinch. This should encourage your erection to subside.

I am still doing this routine, but wondering where to go from this routine. Whats the best thing to do after this one? I am now on the following reps:

18-04
25 minute warmup with rice sock

725 side to side stretches
62 squeezes

30 Kegels and RK's while erect
Edging for 30-60 minutes.

Especially the kegels are "bothering" me, it takes time and I don't know if I need to increase the amount as well. The kegels I do are 5 second holds, and right after a normal kegel I do a reversed kegel, also for 5 minutes.

The routine takes quite some time already, 90 minutes or so, and I am not on the 1000 reps for the side to side yet, and how many squeezes can I end up with? I left the jelqing routine because it took me too much time, and now I end up with a routine that also takes quite some time. I do gain from it so part of me wants to continue, another part is looking for something more efficient.

Someone with a brilliant idea? I am thinking about buying a solid air pump, or maybe an extender. I have a Bathmate as well, maybe I need to get back to that one. I do like the fact that I am using my hands only with this routine, but I am ready to try new things as well.

The next step would depend on how you're progressing with the current routine. If the Side to Sides are working great for you, then continue adding reps. If you feel you need more intensity, you can switch to the Tension Stretch.

With the Squeeze, after the 50 rep mark you can look into performing the Advanced version of the exercise (where you attempt to bring your hands together). You may also experiment with higher erection percentages.

When I recommend stamina work, it's usually just standard Erect Kegels for general purposes. I don't normally recommend Reverse Kegels (the contractile exercise) unless one has issues with weak ejaculations.

I normally don't recommend going past 25 minutes in the Stop and Starts. Maintaining ejaculatory control can become more difficult when you do this. In the case of long sessions, the problem becomes ejaculating on command when you only want to engage in sexual activity for a short period (think "quickie").

Hello Big Al

I seem to have difficulty with keeping my skin down while stretching. I can expose the glans with no problem, but as soon as I grip the foreskin below the glans and do a stretch, it just rolls out. If I pull the skin further down and grip the bottom side of the glans itself, the stretch doesn't feel very good(the area is sensitive).

Am I supposed to get used to stretching with the bottom side of the glans itself?

Is it okay if I use one hand at the base of the penis to keep the skin down, while using the other to stretch from the most upper part of the skin below the glans?

I read somewhere that its not good to only perform standard Kegels, that's its wise to alternate with reverse kegels. Must say, before I did this I ran into erection issues, since I am alternating I havent experienced it anymore. Might have nothing to do with it, so lets drop the RK.

As for Stop and Starts, I dont mind not ejaculating when I have sex with my wife, in my perception ejaculating is ruining the party :)

Grip further down the shaft if you need to. You'll also need to make several adjustments throughout the stretch. This is to be expected. What you'll want to do is to avoid occluding the glans during your stretches.

Yes, unless the jump in erection is a large one (which it shouldn't be).

If you're referring to the contractile exercise by that name, you don't have to perform it unless you have a weak ejaculatory stream. The other exercises should take care of any ancillary pelvic floor development. If you're referring to the stretch by the name Reverse Kegel, you can perform this during your warm down.

For manual training you should set fairly strict limits. IMO, for live sexual activities- your limits are up to you. I don't recommend letting training negatively interfere with sexual activity (e.g.- giving up sex for training), and if you're very sexually active, you may need to incorporate extra rest days into your regimen.

If 5 reps seem OK for you, then add 1 rep per session from there.

The recommended structure of the regimen is as follows:

Warm up > Squeezes > Side to Sides > Erect Kegels > Stop and Starts > Warm down

So, i have a question, is this okay "length only" regime:
A) 5-10min light bundle stretches for warm up and pre stretch the tunica
B) side to side stretches
C) towel rises (how many reps and for how long to hold the kegel and release?)
D) 30 min edging finishing with ejaculation

This regime for 4-5 times per week.

Is this okay? What are your thoughts?

The above is good, but I wouldn't experiment with Towel Raises until you can perform 50 reps of the standard Erect Kegel.

While you can Kegel immediately before setting up your grip on the Squeeze, it's a distinct exercise from the Kegels.

Prior to the workout is it recommended to warm up with a heatpad/rice sock/hot wash cloth for 10-15 mins and also do 'pre workout stretches' such as the stretches from JP90?
