I posted a bit about something related to this in my 1st introduction post a few hours ago, (on top of a ton of other sh*t), but something I've come upon, and have been supplementing now for about two weeks is a live probiotic called lactobacillus reuteri. There is some legitimate scientifically verified data showing some substancial gains to the size, volume, production and overall health of testicles and sperm when this probiotic was supplemented in rats. Now, I know they aren't humans, but rats (mammals) have quite the similar sexual reproduction system as humans.

Ok, so what can I report?

I roughly measured my balls (in inches) to be 1.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 (LxWxD).
I've thought I'm not measuring correctly, but now I'm confident, after multiple "re-do's" that they're measuring 2 x 1.1 x 1.1

It's a bit hard to measure them, and it should be known there is a degree of variability to how I measure: Basically I grasp each one (tightly) with my thumb and index finger, and as best as I can I match the gap in my fingers with a ruler nearby. I did each one multiple times to see if I came up with different numbers.

It's only been two weeks, and you best believe I'll be consuming this probiotic for the next month or so at least - regardless of my gains for my gonads.

As it pertains to this article, I would say that I confidently have always had big loads. Though I would say I'm not in good shape, or the best health at the moment. It's too early to tell much from supplementing l. reuteri, but at the very least my balls FEEL heavier and more robust. I find myself fondling my balls a lot more - and I was doing this before I re-measured them.

I do not do kegel exercies, though I've felt my PC muscles and have just (within the week) began to consciously play around with them before I climax. I am definately a newbie to PE - but I have a lot of confidence right now and plan to commit to jelqing and kegels.

These are the specific ones I have been using (taking once a day on an empty stomach, following a glass of fresh squeezed lemon water).

This research and findings of the mice study initiated my interest in studying the probiotic, but I also read how prevalent this specific strain is in the animal kingdom; (human) mothers breastmilk and subsequently infant babies. I've cut back on sugars and processed foods - which indicate to have a negative effect on survivability of this probiotic (as well as many others negative health effects anyway). It seems this probiotic greatly increases vitamin and mineral absorbtion from the foods you consume.

Ok, as for my loads. Until just tonight - I've been ejaculating, on average, about 3 times a day. Every time I shoot a healthy amount of cum - I honestly haven't measured it yet. I need more time and consistent experimentation to give more verifiable data, but for lack of a better answer, I'd say I shoot about a teaspoon of cum up to this threshold of ejaculations per day. A few weeks ago, I'd orgasm at least this same amount - and even more on some days. I masturbate a lot - but I wasn't always shooting much cum every time before I began supplementing l. reuteri - with the same 3 times a day average.


In addition to this probiotic, I also consume (almost instinctively now) after every time I cum - a zinc lozenge (with about 33% of the recommended daily value of zinc), sorry I lost the package with the mg amount per lozenge - but I consume a healthy amount of zinc every day, on top of a multivitamin - I also try to drink 2 litres of water a day - naturally mineralized water I collect from a natural aquifer (important to know this water does not contain any ppm of chlorine, flouride or any of the chemicals they treat water with often)

I feel like 3 ropes of cum is a common load if I haven't ejaculated for at least a day (It isn't thick and impressive like Matt Hughes' ropes - but they're a lot more than the dribbling loads I experience after about the 5th-6th session in a day). I have never really thought of the biggest cum load I've made, but I'd say it's probably 5 ropes with some tiny spittle at the end. Again, I haven't really done any PE. I'm just beginning and would love to be a sexual champion in a few years.

Starting tomorrow I'm going to begin the beginning jelqing practice for the first time and begin cutting back to ejaculating every other day. I'll make sure to come back here with more results.

But, honestly - I feel this is a nutritional move that is worth trying. I will say that for the first week my bowel movements were irregular, and I experienced constipation (which I found perplexing since most documented side-effects were the opposite of what I was experiencing). I want to shoot massive loads, and I also feel - with the way sperm counts are falling off a cliff, men should be putting a premium on the things that make them males! This is just my own POV, but I feel a big healthy nutsack with lots of sperm has a functional value beyond just ascetics - and maybe there's a biological marker relating the two ;).

disregard those recent testicle measurements above. I just got out of the shower and measured as accurately as I could (note, I have not ejaculated yet today - I did perform my first day of stretching, jelqs, kegels and edging):

measurements in inches

(left) L: 2.5 (right ) L: ~2.33
(l) W: 1.5 (r) W: 1.5
(l) D: 1.5 (r) D: 1.5

I honestly feel most comfortable to claim they FEEL heavier and bigger than before I began taking l. reuteri two weeks ago... I'm going to keep taking measurements once a week. I'm still having some challenge getting my balls warm enough to hang LOW - like they would in a sauna - but my width and depth - either way, are close. My balls are fairly even - and are thicker- making the sense of width and depth difficult to differentiate, if there is much. If there is, my current measuring methods do not give enough confidence quantifying a size if we're differentiating much less than a 1/8 inch.

My initial measurements before supplementing l. reuteri are subsequently erroneous to me. Starting today I'm going to go with the measurements and remain as consistent as I can in how I measure them. I'll keep my findings updated on a separate thread... Though I would say with confidence my balls have gotten bigger in the past two weeks.

Last night I came - the 4th time that day - my load wasn't as big as I had hoped - it was about half a teaspoon.

Very interesting stuff.

Personally, I also work out 2-3x/wk, do PE 3-4X/wk, try to drink 6-8 glasses of water/day and edge whenever I can.

Doing all of that, I find my loads pretty massive and my partner gets aroused when I shoot a lot.

I've been on the journey of maximizing my ejaculation for the last 4 years or so.


Started out in 2014 with 6-8 spurts with some dribble producing about 5-6ml of ejaculate on average.

Now for the last year I haven't had a single orgasm producing under 12 high velocity spurts (~12ml) of ejaculate. I easily beat Peter North nowadays :D

This has been possible due to few supplements, exercises and even a tool!

I drink 5 liters of water every day as this is the most important part of the equation.

I make sure that I take 1 capsule of ZMA, selenium, copper and 1000mg of L-lysine before going to bed. Multivitamin and fish liver oil in the morning. I sometimes take celery and lecithin if I want to get to 15 spurts but I usually forget these and don't see them as things I want to consume on a daily basis due to them only having an effect on ejaculation volume (for me at least).

One of the most important factors in my load are 2x daily testicle massage sessions. Testicle massage has an indirect effect on load size due to the elevated levels of testosterone. Kegels and reverse kegels also help a lot. Currently testing testicle pumping.


Then there is the Ball Zinger. This is hands down the best PE accessory I've ever purchased. It works by generating a small current and magnetic field in your testicles and dick (it isn't plugged to the wall :D). It is a ring of medical silicone tubing with 2 inserted neodymium magnets along with one rod of pure zinc and a rod of pure copper. It keeps my dick slightly engorged, speeds healing, raises my EQ and testosterone, increases my ejaculation volume and enhances my bulge. I wear it 24/7 because why not. It costs 30 bucks on ebay and is easily worth much more IMO

I have also wondered during the past years that there MUST be a psychological way to increase ejaculation volume alongside the obvious physical ones.

I've noticed that my largest ejaculations (15-16 spurts) have always been a product of a very specific mindset alongside with intense visualization (+ the things above obviously). Basically I've been horny as fuck, watching "Huge Cumshot Cumpilations" all day and constantly imagining that I'm leaking precum like a faucet and spurting cum constantly like a lawn sprayer. After a few hours I can start to feel this pressure in my seminal vesicles and prostate. I then start to edge till I feel like the mentioned organs feel like they're about to burst. Then I literally explode, ejaculating for about 20 seconds ore :D

Expecting big load from supplementation alone is a waste of time and money as you can make a big difference with testicular massage, the psychological strategy above and especially the passive tactic of the Ball Zinger.

All the things above are somehow linked to high levels of testosterone, HGH and dopamine. Maximizing/optimizing these hormones will surely have an effect on your ejaculation volume.

I also believe that it is in some way possible to train your prostate and seminal vesicles to produce more seminal fluid by getting that "bursting feeling". The max amount is slow to train but recovery is faster. I can nowadays ejaculate 12 spurts one day and ejaculate 12 spurts the next day (albeit much clearer and watery the next day). This definitely wasn't possible before.

Edit: I will surely try out these probiotics like reuteri Dr. Dingus. I occasionally eat AB-yogurt (Acidobifidus I think it is) for gut health and I have actually seen a small increase in ejaculation volume when eating it. Greetings from a doctor to a doctor! :D

Hey this is great.I just was looking something like this post.Since i didn't start PE i trought in ways to increase volume of cum.So i road that we need to drink lots of water and eat vegetables and fruits for the semen.For the girls,to taste and smell good for them.
So my question is simple.Is possible to increase cum 3 times????
The balls will be more hanging?Will be more charged due to cum increasing?

Ok so I abstained from fapping and only edged for 7 days. Drank a lot of water also. Went to a private bathroom with tile floors and unloaded. I shot 4 distant shots and 8 shorter ranged. It took A LOT of toilet paper to clean it all up. I'd say unless you are a lucky guy that gets laid every day, the best thing you can do for yourself is just edge, drink lots of water and hold it for a few days.

Had a peculiar but attainable request from a girl to cum more. So I did some research and I’ll be charting my progress taking these 4 supplements:

- 411mg lecithin: 2 tablets 2x/day
- pygeum: 25mg 1 tablet 2x/day
- maca extract: 400mg 1x/day
- zinc: 50mg 1x/day

I figure I’ll need to wait a few days before seeing any huge difference. I never measured my nut before, and it wasn’t ever lacking per se, but it would be like 1-2 close range shots with a bunch of dribble. I’m looking for 4-8 ropes of thick mid-long range cum with more dribble. That pornstar sh*t basically. I’m also 25, vegan and in the Gym 3-4x/week, so increasing this load hopefully won’t be too hard.

After almost 5 years of looking tor the most effectve and economical way to increase volume I have concluded that all one needs is this:

1. STAY HYDRATED - drink a lot of water each day as much as you can.
2. ABSTAIN - It is simply not true that after 3 or 4 days your body re-absorbs the extra semen. There is a factor of diminishing returns but a 1 week load will be larger than a 3 day load.
3. MEGA DOSE LECITHIN - On the day that you intend to unleash the floodgates take preferably sunflower lecithin. I took 7 1200mg capsules in the morning, at lunch and at dinner. You can also do the powder form.
4. SWEDISH FLOWER POLLEN - it takes time to build in your system but after 3 months you will experience the more intense orgasms. This will increase the number of contractions and ropes you shoot. Do not expect results in the first month. Commit to 3 months before you conclude. I take 600mg in the morning and at night every day on an empty stomach.
5. DO KEGELS - normal and reverse.

I have to report disappointing results. Using the info here and the “Holy Grail of Big Loads” at Thunder ‘s, My stack consisted of:

1200 lecithin
1000 L-arginine
200 pygeum

i did not take zinc because at the levels suggested, it could be toxic. However, I am 52 and take a multivitamin which has some zinc. Lol. Of course, I will continue to drink lots of water which I do normally.

I edged and blew my load to clear out my pipes. Pre-stack and Three nights later with the help of my wife, she gave me a BJ and she noted the volume in her mouth, consistency, and taste. She’s a trooper.

i then started the stack.

After two weeks ON THE STACK, I edged and cleaned out my pipes ( didn’t notice a change). Continuing with stack, and again 3 nights later (consistency with above process) my wife gave me the BJ. She noted no increase in volume (in fact less) and consistency was thinner (not as milky). She did mention taste was different. She always liked the way I tasted, but this time it was almost tasteless.

So my goal of a big load didn’t pan out. And she was bummed too, because she has seen my dick grow and was looking for a big load. Perhaps it was due to my age, and some things can’t be helped.

You don't mean 7 capsules over the course of the day, right? You mean 7 1200mg capsules in the morning, another 7 1200mg capsules at lunch, and then ANOTHER 7 1200mg capsules at dinner, for a total of 25.2 grams of lecithin?

I was able to shoot 18 ropes last night (8 large/10 small) by abstaining for 14 days and edging for 3 days before ejaculating. Unfortunately it was thinner than when I took pygeum.

Pygeum makes me thicker, but decreases my libido. It only works for me if I edge everyday, but I don't masturbate so I have negative effects from Pygeum.

Ultimately I think that cum loads are genetic and can be increased. I typically cum 10-11ml, but when I abstain and take supplements, I can easily reach over 15ml.

First time I read about folsac. I red some of these pills are dangerous to use .. How about this one?
