It will supposedly improve quality of sleep and he said : "This is one of my favorite supplements for the simple reason that it allows me to sleep longer and without waking up. I just started taking it, and I don't know if I'm that impressionable, but I too have noticed the slight increase in volume.
Hydration is definitely a factor as many have stressed on it

About how long do you have to be taking all that lecithin before it starts showing results?

It works pretty quick. If you took it while abstaining for a few days your load would be larger than not taking it and abstaining the same number of days.

I've always loved taking ZMA. It makes me feel like I got an extra hour of sleep. It's like a get out of jail free card for a long rough night or a long fun night lol.

You don't mean 7 capsules over the course of the day, right? You mean 7 1200mg capsules in the morning, another 7 1200mg capsules at lunch, and then ANOTHER 7 1200mg capsules at dinner, for a total of 25.2 grams of lecithin?

I have the same doubt. Because it’s a lot of Lecithin. Almost 1 bottle per day.

I'm getting huge loads from mcdonalds 20 chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. There's something potent in that clown's sauce lol. :D

Soya lecithin works for me. Also try aswaganda mix, ayurveda supplements increase libido. Since taking lecithin and doing kegels I can shoot 8 to 10 ropes no problems

I just started taking my supplements and working out again after a while. I don't take these all at once it's thru out the day. At 41 years old I am shooting my biggest loads ever . I can get 3 ropes and bunch of dribbles . The wife was impressed the other night when I pulled put and blew on her and cover here pregnant belly and tits
Here is my supplement routine
4.8g sunflower lecithin
800mg mucuna extract
120 mg.L dopa
​​​​500 MG of niacin
2.5 grams of l arginine
Muscle tech platinum vitamins
omega 3,6,9
Saw palmetto
1 scoop of BAMF pre work out
25mg of mk677
150+ grams of protein
8 grams of aminos
5 grams of creatine
1 gallon plus of water

My wife and I will be taking a beach vacation next month and we want to commit to having sex every day for the duration of the vacation. We typically are having sex about once per week, sometimes only 3x per month, as we are working hard and really tired most often - thus the vacation. I am able to abstain and do a lot of edging between the times we do have sex and because of that I am able to have copious ejaculations with her when I finally do come (her biggest turn-on is me producing a heavy load.) Given the expected frequency of sex during vacation, I know my ejaculations will substantially diminish in volume, so I am wondering what if any supplements I can start taking to help build back up even little bit of that volume for her each day. Perhaps nothing really works, but I do expect to keep very well hydrated at a minimum. Looking for any suggestions or advice that might be different or updated from this thread. Our dedication to making love each day is something we are super excited about, but will be a big change from once per week to nine days straight. I really want to perform as well as possible for her in regard to that detail.

Consider a good quality collagen supplement. Some who include this in their diet remark on increased volume of ejaculatory loads with a thicker consistency.

I have been taking the following:

2400-3600mg sunflower lecithin (2400mg morning, 1200mg later in day)
40mg zinc
1-2 tsp ashwaganda powder (once morning, sometimes again before bed)
vitamin D 250mcg
pygeum 3200mg (1600mg x2)

I drink plenty of water too and sometimes don't ejaculated for a few days.

I am just not seeing any change in the volume of my loads. I don't really ejaculated with much force (normally just dribbles out) unless I edge. I have noticed precum when edging but nothing overly drastic. But taking the above supplements just seems to make my loads thicker... not larger.

can anyone recommend something I can do differently?

I'm concerned that my testosterone may be lower due to not doing much exercise (I use to gym 4-5x a week pre-pandemic), I also have a moderate alcohol consumption... which could explain it. I try counter this by eating quite healthily and drinking crap loads of water.

Nothing will work without being well hydrated.

Water is the best supplement for bigger loads....period!
