I posted a bit about something related to this in my 1st introduction post a few hours ago, (on top of a ton of other sh*t), but something I've come upon, and have been supplementing now for about two weeks is a live probiotic called lactobacillus reuteri. There is some legitimate scientifically verified data showing some substancial gains to the size, volume, production and overall health of testicles and sperm when this probiotic was supplemented in rats. Now, I know they aren't humans, but rats (mammals) have quite the similar sexual reproduction system as humans.

Ok, so what can I report?
I roughly measured my balls (in inches) to be 1.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 (LxWxD).
I've thought I'm not measuring correctly, but now I'm confident, after multiple "re-do's" that they're measuring 2 x 1.1 x 1.1
It's a bit hard to measure them, and it should be known there is a degree of variability to how I measure: Basically I grasp each one (tightly) with my thumb and index finger, and as best as I can I match the gap in my fingers with a ruler nearby. I did each one multiple times to see if I came up with different numbers.
It's only been two weeks, and you best believe I'll be consuming this probiotic for the next month or so at least - regardless of my gains for my gonads.
As it pertains to this article, I would say that I confidently have always had big loads. Though I would say I'm not in good shape, or the best health at the moment. It's too early to tell much from supplementing l. reuteri, but at the very least my balls FEEL heavier and more robust. I find myself fondling my balls a lot more - and I was doing this before I re-measured them.
I do not do kegel exercies, though I've felt my PC muscles and have just (within the week) began to consciously play around with them before I climax. I am definately a newbie to PE - but I have a lot of confidence right now and plan to commit to jelqing and kegels.

These are the specific ones I have been using (taking once a day on an empty stomach, following a glass of fresh squeezed lemon water).
This research and findings of the mice study initiated my interest in studying the probiotic, but I also read how prevalent this specific strain is in the animal kingdom; (human) mothers breastmilk and subsequently infant babies. I've cut back on sugars and processed foods - which indicate to have a negative effect on survivability of this probiotic (as well as many others negative health effects anyway). It seems this probiotic greatly increases vitamin and mineral absorbtion from the foods you consume.
Ok, as for my loads. Until just tonight - I've been ejaculating, on average, about 3 times a day. Every time I shoot a healthy amount of cum - I honestly haven't measured it yet. I need more time and consistent experimentation to give more verifiable data, but for lack of a better answer, I'd say I shoot about a teaspoon of cum up to this threshold of ejaculations per day. A few weeks ago, I'd orgasm at least this same amount - and even more on some days. I masturbate a lot - but I wasn't always shooting much cum every time before I began supplementing l. reuteri - with the same 3 times a day average.
In addition to this probiotic, I also consume (almost instinctively now) after every time I cum - a zinc lozenge (with about 33% of the recommended daily value of zinc), sorry I lost the package with the mg amount per lozenge - but I consume a healthy amount of zinc every day, on top of a multivitamin - I also try to drink 2 litres of water a day - naturally mineralized water I collect from a natural aquifer (important to know this water does not contain any ppm of chlorine, flouride or any of the chemicals they treat water with often)
I feel like 3 ropes of cum is a common load if I haven't ejaculated for at least a day (It isn't thick and impressive like Matt Hughes' ropes - but they're a lot more than the dribbling loads I experience after about the 5th-6th session in a day). I have never really thought of the biggest cum load I've made, but I'd say it's probably 5 ropes with some tiny spittle at the end. Again, I haven't really done any PE. I'm just beginning and would love to be a sexual champion in a few years.
Starting tomorrow I'm going to begin the beginning jelqing practice for the first time and begin cutting back to ejaculating every other day. I'll make sure to come back here with more results.
But, honestly - I feel this is a nutritional move that is worth trying. I will say that for the first week my bowel movements were irregular, and I experienced constipation (which I found perplexing since most documented side-effects were the opposite of what I was experiencing). I'm also going to begin making homemade saurkraut (another excellent source of l. reuteri) on top of a HOST of health benefits that correlate with nutrient absorption https://draxe.com/sauerkraut/
I'm quite excited about what is happened in the two weeks since starting this supplement. I want to shoot massive loads, and I also feel - with the way sperm counts are falling off a cliff, men should be putting a premium on the things that make them males! This is just my own POV, but I feel a big healthy nutsack with lots of sperm has a functional value beyond just ascetics - and maybe there's a biological marker relating the two
