So after 6 months with no gains, I changed my routine around a little. I'm still extending, but I am extending with the focus being on stretching my ligaments...and it's working!!! In the last two months by BPEL has increased by 1/8" (3mm).

stretching ligs with the QEP? how do you mean exactly, i'm not following. i bought it too a couple weeks ago and have logged about 120 hours, no results yet but i will persist
