I'm interested to here from any guys who have being trying this technique for a while or any guys who are willing to try it and give me feedback as to whether it has any affect on your mental arousal during sex by reducing stress and anxiety and generally being more relaxed.

I haven't done a full 10-15 sit calmly type thing, but I have incorporated those principles and actually had some great success during sex. I was harder than I ever been during sex, lasted real long too, so long as I didn't thrust fast. Spoons position is the best because you hardly do any work.

Lately, with the baby the sex has been more rare so I seemed to have lost some of my rythm. I still don't feel like I have a reverse kegel figured out. Deep breathing is about all I can do to stretch that area well. Everything else feels like I'm tensing my abs too much.

I've also noticed similar things to what OldRocker mentioned, where if you focus on an area you feel something different there. But I've stayed away from that for the most part since I started getting bothersome heart palpations if I let those feelings approach my heart, mild headaches with the head. Focusing on an area and telling yourself that you feel nothing there seems to work out much better without risk feeling like a nervous wreck. Speaking of which, focus on your BC muscles and tell yourself that you feel nothing there (in an enjoyable sort of mood), that also helps relax that area. Pretty amazing what the mind can do to affect your body.

I've been on this for weeks. I'll either do them through a particularly boring lecture, or when I lay in bed falling asleep at night. My success with the FL STU has improved dramatically recently. However, I am not sure about sex though. My wife had her period, and is now sick so it'll be a while before we get back at that.

I am also taking other measures to reduce my stress too.

I am incredibly confident through the progress I've made with the STU that some of this success will carry over into the bedroom. However, even if it doesn't, the effort to eliminate stress is helping me feel better though.

Should you do a back revers kegel or a front one while breathing in? Or doesnt it matter?

That's great. Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm glad to here it's helping.

imac, I thrusted away into the wife for about 15 minutes last night consistently. The only breaks I took were to re-position when she said her hips were getting sore. This was also the first time we had sex in 2.5 weeks.

For those who IM me, I credit my recent success to:
1. Meditative routine ~ 30 minutes a day. I don't focus on the RK, I focus on the breathing. If you inhale deep enough you'll RK slightly. If this becomes habitual enough you'll be able to breathe like this during stimulation which will help control arousal. Also, the blank mind you try to achieve during this will give you a comfortable place to go mentally when the situation becomes more intense.

2. FL STU practice. The FL STU alone doesn't make you last longer. If you intend to use it without a mechanism for lasting longer with it it won't do you any good. When you use it try to incorporate the skills you've acquired practicing the meditative exercises.

I couldn't sleep afterwards I was so excited about my progress, and you know what. I bet the wife barely even noticed.

Please make sure that you breathe throughout the stomach. Meaning, when you breathe, your stomach should rise instead of your chest. Or at lease, a lot more than the chest.

Try this deep breathing if you feel like it: Deep breath in, stomach rises and then your chest. Breathe out in a calm and controlled manner. Notice your stomach should fall in first then your chest.
Stop when you get light headed, and continue the other day. Morning and evening times are suitable.

Did you use the meditative kegel while having sex as well? RK when breathing in and relaxing when breathing out? Or just had sex normally without thinking on that?

I had sex without thinking about it or focusing on my breathing at all. I think focusing on it while using the FL has helped.

I tried this yesterday for around 10minutes I think it's great. Can I replace my kegel routine with this since I am now focusing on reverse kegels?

If you're only doing reverse kegels at the moment then I'd say it's fine to substitute a reverse kegel routine for this, especially since I've been getting such good feedback.

Eventually you'll have to reintroduce kegels into you're routine once you've dealt with your Pre e in order to create a strong and balanced pelvic floor but in the mean time I see this as good substitute for a reverse kegel routine.

Imac im doing this trough all the day. Lets say im watching tv and i get aware of my breathing. Then ill do this metho gor a while, then stop, and like that the whole day. Can this lead to overtrain pc muscle, and have some negative effects? Or the contrary, is thi way better since by doin it thru the whole day in smaller doses ill make this natural to my body afterwards?

Thanks in andvance.

I don't see you overtraining with this because you're not doing any hard RK's, just light gentle pushes kinda like you are breathing with your pelvic floor so I can't imagine this giving you any negative effects because you're focusing on relaxation of the pelvic floor.

Doing this throughout the day whenever you become aware of your breathing could be another good way of training your body and mind to make this an unconscious habit.

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

Nice to know about the progress you guys are making through deep breathing and reverse kegal. I have also been doing the same since few weeks now. Now I can edge for more than 20 minutes nonstop without any PONR whereas in the past I used to reach first PONR quickly. I feel motivated after reading progress of TruCamp and bautista19 specially.

Every other technique felt so unnatural and pretty contrived. The deep breathing obviously goes hand-in-hand with the overall arousal. It's just a good method to lower that. Relaxation I think is critical. It was incredibly tough for me to achieve though as I didn't see any consistent progress for 4 months.

How much role FL STU played in curing you? I don't have one and it is not available in my country.

I'm not sure that much. It's good to use for practice, but only if you have already know what you are practicing.
