Hello, I bought the extender a few days ago from the PEGYM link. I entered the wrong coupon code and wanted to cancel the order to enter the right one but when I contacted support they said that they have shipped already. Therefore, is it possible to "replace" my code?

I just received the package and according to what I saw online, I was supposed to get the 58 way comfort system and Sexual improvement DVDs and the 2300 tension springs.

Apparently, the sexual improvement DVD did not come with my package, and everything shows that I have the 16 way comfort system instead of the 58 one. Also, it seems like this extender is the 1500 tension one. But how can I tell?

Hi Bobby, I've managed to wear the device and onto my third day now. Some quick questions, I'm wearing the noose attachment with the protection pad however should the noose go behind the head of the penis or more onto the shaft? Also where should i feel the stretch, with the noose i do feel a bit behind the head of the penis but not sure if thats just the noose being too tight, however when its not as tight i feel like I'm going to slip out the extender.

I purchased the comfort system when i got the device and theres a rolled up i think its black rubber matting and it has two stretchy rubber rings inside with a cotton material outer face, whats the use of these please?

You will want to wear the strap directly behind the head. The stretch should be felt along the shaft but particularly in the ligaments at the base.

The rubber/cotton rings are secured sleeves you can use them either at the base of the device or behind the head for extra padding.

I am having a little difficulty though strapping myself into the device. It might be because my glans are smaller than my mid erect girth, as well as I can't seem to get the device on without getting hard and then the base of the device essentially becomes a clamp and the comfort strap slips over my glans. Any tips for not getting hard? I tried jerking it yesterday so I wouldn't be so horny, but still I got hard after, maybe I will just get used to wearing the device after a while.

Also I was wondering about how much force I should be using initially, I did watch the DVD but I don't remember it saying what tension to use and what the device is calibrated to. Am I right in thinking that the lines on the hexagonal columns are 600, 1200 and 1800 grams? Or are they calibrated to something else??

Tension setting are 600, 1200, 1800g, and 2300g. Start with 600g until you are comfortable extending for several hours under that level. You can increase the tension by changing the angle from upwards to downwards too.

I have now managed to secure myself in it and set it to 600g. It did take many tries and I had to wait with my penis in the device for a good half an hour trying to distract myself whilst waiting for erection to subside.

It should be 1 cm past bone pressed, since the device will be pressing against your pubic bone.

Try using the silicon noose and comfort strap in conjunction with each other.
1. Pull your penis through the base of the device.
2. Put the foam immediately behind your glands
3. With your left or right hand, insert the rods into the detachable end part of the device, and while compressing the end of the device pull the glands through the silicon noose with your dominate hand.
4. While still keeping the device compressed with your dominate hand, pull the noose taught, and secure the the silicon straps.
5. Now use your opposite hand to keep the device compressed and use your dominate hand to secure the comfort strap over your penis, just behind your glands. You should ensure that the comfort strap is secured over the noose. (note. you should have one end of your comfort strap already installed through this entire process.)
6. Now you can can take your opposite hand off the device to relieve the compression and adjust the tension.

I can do this under 30 seconds, and I never slip out. I'll go up to an hour, then remove the device to rejuvenate my circulation.

That is a good question! Because the SG, even at its maximum, produces relatively light tension, you should not be experiencing any extreme lack of circulation or discomfort. Your penis will adapt over time but it will be important for you to keep an eye out for any skin irritations or bruising. That could be a signal that you are using too much tension or too many rod lengths.

Even after you fully adapt you should still regularly remove the device and allow yourself to restore full circulation to your penis.

Never mind, I figured it out by practicing on, not my penis. So if the extender is fastened in the correct location, with the correct amount of bars, adjusting the screws does indeed cause the part with the lines to retract, thus providing a visual indicator of tension.

Massive issue.

Used SG for the first day today, after i got it in the mail couple of days ago. Trying out, finding the best way to wear it. Everything's okay. Now, after a few hours i was trying to put it back on, CAN'T.

One of the spring rods is jammed / stuck / impossible to screw it off from the smaller supporting piece connected to the rotatable "disk".

The spring rod is screwed all the way down for all i know. I did not use force when screwing it down or in any other direction. It is like someone gave it to Arnold and he made it his b*tch. *
Seriously, i had to use 2 sets of pliers to try to get the thing moving. IT DOESN'T. IT WON'T.

For all i know is the SG is useless till the spring rod willingly unscrews itself or it gets replaced. Need help!
