The downward position is the most intense of all stretching positions for the extender. You can remove a small rod section to reduce the pressure. Given the measures you have already taken the alternative would be for you to continue extending at a higher angle of stretch.

just ordered size genetics and my instructional dvd doesn't work. does anyone have a youtube video of how to set it up and use it?!?!
What happens when you attempt to play it? If it is defective then you are entitled to a replacement. You should also have access to the penishealth.com member's area.
Hey BobbyR. I tried to buy Sizegenetics through the discount link here on pegym. For some reason my credit card is not accepted and you can only buy with credit card through the page that opens up. Would it be possible to add paypal as a payment option there ? edit: I noticed the deal ends today so too late I guess.

There is a paypal option to order. Check the Order Now page and the link is right above the countdown button. You can order through the mail too.
On the page that loads from pegym link (credit card only) the price is 145.38 € (with additional -20% coupon) and when I click paypal the price is 232€ with the coupon, it seems to forget the pegym bonus. I'm confused.

Started using my SG extender yesterday and logged in 3 hours. For me I personally find the noose to be a better fit than the comfort strap. There's a few things I need clarification on though, firstly when setting the length of the device do you set it too 2cm longer than your flaccid length or your erect length?
Secondly when adjusting the tension ive seen videos where the hexagonal rods go into the cylinders but when I've turned the screws it lengthens the device and I can't really tell what the traction is set at. Am I doing something wrong here and should the hexagonal rods be going into the cylinders? I'm lead to believe its pre set at 600g of tension but I wanted to go for 900g
Any and all help would be great as I'm new too this & want to get the most out of my device. Thank you.

You should be extending just slightly more than your erect length. The tension is supposed to be light, so once you set the tension level to should stay at that setting. if your penis is being stressed intensely in the device you are using too much tension or rods.
Yeah I understand that but when i go to adjust the tension I'm lead to believe that the hexagonal sections are meant to go into the cylinders that house the springs? when i turn the screws this doesn't happen it just increases the length of the extender.

When you wear an extender, you are better adjusting it so that the tension is correct, I personally would not adjust an extender to a determined length. Just ensure that you are extending within the 400-1150 range of tension. (900 seems to be a favorite for successful extender users).

Stretched flaccid length is usually just a bit longer than erect length. You can focus on increasing rod lengths and tension as you adapt to wearing the device and start feeling more comfortable in it.
I ended up finding a discount for 16 way comfort system from other site that worked. The pegym discount page didn't have paypal link set up properly. Oh well.. I hope the 16way system has enough comfort in it.
Hi Bobby, I've managed to wear the device and onto my third day now. Some quick questions, I'm wearing the noose attachment with the protection pad however should the noose go behind the head of the penis or more onto the shaft? Also where should i feel the stretch, with the noose i do feel a bit behind the head of the penis but not sure if thats just the noose being too tight, however when its not as tight i feel like I'm going to slip out the extender.
I purchased the comfort system when i got the device and theres a rolled up i think its black rubber matting and it has two stretchy rubber rings inside with a cotton material outer face, whats the use of these please?
