The only thing I can do is, 3 days a week due to the nature of my job I can only use the extender at home. I can work up to prob 10h a day in the extender 3 days a week back to back, when I go to work for 4 days I would stretch and do manual stretch and jelq. The. I would repeat the same routine next week. What I am asking is would using the extender like this only 3 days a week max for longer periods of time help me with length gains I’m not in a hurry to make gains fast just wondering if incorporating the extended would aid in gains. ? Or should I just stick to manual stretches. Sorry for the confusing question.

You can still make some gains with a limited routine.

Bobby,
I am having a lot of trouble with getting the SG to fit properly. I always start to feel sore, usually at the base, after 30 minutes. I want to be able to wear it for an hour at a time at least. Do you have any tips to help make it so I can wear it for longer at a time?

Are you experiencing any problems with the tension? Is it only your base which feels sore?

I do feel like tension could be an issue...but I'm not sure if it is or not. From my past experience, I've always err'ed on the side of too little tension cp. to too high tension...

Usually only the base feels sore. I wrap well around the head, but if I put too much tension then I also feel a lot of pressure for the head trying to squeeze back through the SG noose, so maybe that is when the tension is too high...?

The tension is too high if you feel discomfort but everything is set up correctly. It can also be you are using too many rods. In this case the springs will not be bearing the tension but the rods will.

I've been using this for 2 months and I have basically 0 gains so far. I'm taking a sh*t ton of herbs etc to increase blow flow and I also have been doing stretching and I have noticed some girth but very little, if no length. I work from home and wear it all day as much as possible - up to 8 hours. After about an hour I start to experience severe pain under the glans and I have to take it off. Other times it slips off in between the rubber which is extremely painful as well. The pain never remains but it hurts so bad that sometimes I dont even want to put it back on.

Also I have read almost everything in this forum on Size Genetics regarding the tension springs and its all confusing and doesn't seem to answer the issue.. No matter what I do to the springs, when I turn in to lengthen, the springs either don't not move or they go in 1 bar which is very low tension according to the instructions, and then later I check and its still extended but just out to 4 bars - lowest tension. I don't see how this is possible with the pain im experiencing. I'm really frustrated with no gains and I'm pretty much just ready to give up and try something else. I know I'm not going to get a refund on the product. I need help to figure out why my tension rods don't work. I feel like my product is broken based on what everyone else says here.
