Do you guys have a video or set of images that explains how to set up and use the size genetics? People say to measure your stretched flaccid length and make the sizegenetics 1cm longer. I get how you measure the stretched flaccid penis but how do you measure the size genetics? There are springs. Also, depending on whether you use the noose vs comfort strap, your penis head is at a different position (and therefore different distance from the base); shouldn't whether you use the noose vs comfort strap also change how long you make the device

Also, I've had some issues with the white attachment that you plug into both rods that your penis head lays in and noose/strap connects to. Sometimes that white attachment just slips out of the rods; there's nothing except some slight friction keeping the rods inside the attachment. How can I prevent it from slipping out?

I've already watched that video, it doesn't answer the question about the length of the device being +1cm.

But yes, I have been applying tension but sometimes it does slip out, especially when I'm standing or sitting in certain positions. Do I have a defunct device?

Yes we need to understand how strong to stretch our penis in order not to give it harm and at the same time stretch enough to make it grow, so that we don't waste our time for nothing. there must some logical explaination, maybe a ratio between the lengths of your penis and the device or something else.

The 1 cm recommendation is just that, a recommendation. Try just slightly more than your erect length and point the device in the upwards position first. Once you get use to it you can adjust the extender downwards instead of adding rods.

Recently added 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs to daily routine. Seems to be working for girth but how can I jelq for length and girth? And how do you adjust tension and read exact amount of pressure your using?

It is strange you were able to add bars and not gain. Are you growing in flaccid gains at least?

"Last Updated: 2016 Adjusting and increasing sizegenetics tension is the most misunderstood aspect of the extender. The tension rods on SizeGenetics is very simply done. You twist the bars near the base of the extender, and rotate them inward. Increasing the tension adds length extension to the extender WHILE YOU’RE WEARING IT."


The bottom of the rods should be flush with the notch noting the level of tension. The threads at the bottom should not be visible once the desired degree of tension is set. If they are then an extra rod piece should be added.

Said they are no longer associated with them, couldn't provide any contact info to follow up with either. Seems paying for a lifetime membership was a scam since the site is now shutdown.

You can use the higher tension settings to cut back on the time bit you will eventually need to go over 2 minutes and 30 seconds for extender training. Some stretches done before extending can help you to cut down on the time somewhat.

Making sure the base bars are tight before you set the tension should help to prevent unscrewing.

I recently purchased the SE extender and am bit disappointed as I don’t think if suits my case but I’m here to get feedback . First I haven’t received any dvd in the box and I already sent an email to complain. Secondly I think it doesn’t work for me ... unfortunately I have loads of skin and no matter what wrap support I use - whenever I try ti fix behind my gland my skin will always roll back and cause the strap to slide away . I tried with rubber skin and same story . On the other hand if I stretch all my skin forward ( opposite of rolling back ) it kind work but cause lots of pain on my strected skin and also it seems the extender is exerting more traction on my skin rather than the muscle fibres . This eventually I think might cause more skin lengthening than actual shaft muscle !
Still not sure if I can apply a fix to this or other users have experienced a similar issue. I might be inclined to think a vacuum device is better for me (like Phallosan ) or maybe trying a TLC Tugger in conjunction with the SE extender ..
