Im not pulling back my foreskin while using an extender. Is there a pro or con to pulling back the foreskin or leaving it over the head?

If you do not pull back your foreskin then it might prevent full extension and it might also absorb tension from the device.
I would think one would already expect for the foreskin to move with the device, which would suggest doing this anyway. If it's that big of an issue, just use some light tape, tape the foreskin back a bit, then put on the device. Just be sure this is done when fully erect so that the tape doesn't come loose early. But then again... if you are put the device on after the tape, it should fit snug enough to hold it back anyway.
A question about overusing the device. Before getting SG I had been doing regular PE for a couple of months (jelqing and kegels), and had a noticeable increase in EQ.
After getting SG, the following day I started with an around 8-9 hour session, and took breaks every 1 and a half hour, having a 1cm stretch on the device. I should have realized that you're supposed to ease into the routine. Anyway, after that day I noticed a clear drop in my EQ and some reduced flaccid size, I decided to drop the routine to wait for it to clear. I still get morning wood (which are pretty close to 100%), and I also do get rather normal erections, but whereas it used to be 100%, I'd say my erections are around 80% right now. I've stopped all PE and also, am not using SG. That was around 3-4 weeks ago.
This is also my first case of 'overtraining', if that's what this is. So, I'm a bit unsure on how to proceed, should I start with regular PE again without the SG, and when should I start using SG again?
Also, there were no visible marks or pain on the penis after the session, just some non-painful soreness.

Hi Bob, it is unfortunate that I am writing to you to share my grave concern with SizeGenetics. I am left cheated by SizeGenetics and it has been totally frustrating experience dealing with the company.
Briefly put, I ordered the Ultimate System (58 way comfort system) and was sent 16 way system device (and without 4 items promised as part of the order package)! I raised my complaint with Customer Exec team, to which I was asked several questions and also to send the pictures of the packet I recieved. I complied with all the requirements to your customer executives' satisfaction. I was then told that I can return the package and will get my refund back quickly. I have sent the packet back, which was received by SizeGenetics on 29th October. Ever since, I have been asking SizeGenetics to advise when will I receive my money back (along with the Courier Charges that I had to bear to send the packet back) but there is total disappearance of Customer Executives team.
It is now almost 10 messages (one each day) since 31st October seeking response for my money and I have not heard back at all. This is all sounding like fraud to me as the money-back guarantee and other claims have all gone out of the window. Is this how SizeGenetics operates? By neither responding nor returning the money to the customers who have had terrible experience with its products and service?
This is my first post on the public forum and I will be now posting across all forums that I am a member of.
Anyone buying SizeGenetics be aware that you will be left high and dry should you want to return the product and claim your money back.

Wait until you are fully recovered before training again. Your first workouts should be easy for you and should not result in EQ drops.

As above bob. I am having a similar issue. I ordered min a couple months ago and have yet to receive the traction power or the moisturizing cream. I have emailed them a bunch and still nothing . Can you help me ? I paid for the 58 way comfort system but it seems it is exactly the same as the 16
I've posted the same stuff so you guys wouldn't fall victims to this. They also got me for the same stuff and kept telling me it's on back order. The company is bogus. So I just chalked It up as a loss. At least I got the extender. I do think know why folks on here don't take the warnings of others post. That shy were here to help each other right? Just like the bathmate more people complain that it doesn't hold pressure or loose pressure and they lie on there gay ad on here claiming pe members get 30% off..well that's a lie!! But yet people still buy it then get on here and complain about it..well you guys shouldn't complain if one was warned..should of bought the penimaster pro or pf..and don't give your money to bm by a Penomet instead..

I watched the video guide that comes with the SG and it states the following:
"The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state."
On the face of it that may seem like an adequate explanation of how to set this device. However, this is a medical device designed to stretch and permanently reshape, with the potential to permanently damage, a portion of the human anatomy. You need to be EXTREMELY SPECIFIC.
To that end, which of these is correct (or if neither, then what is really CORRECT):
1. "The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state while the device is pressed hard against your pelvis bone."
2. "The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state while the device is pressed gently against your body."
In my case the difference is significant, BPFL 17cm vs, NBPFL 14cm, or about a 1.3" difference. So if I am supposed to do 1 and I am doing 2 then I will be using the device at a setting 3cm shorter than it should be and I will experience no gains for my efforts. However, if I am supposed to do 2 and I am doing 1 then I may be risking over-stretching injury and unnecessary discomfort while wearing it.
If this could be much more clear in the documentation it would be extremely helpful, but a response here that makes the measuring process extremely clear will suffice for me.
