I heard that if u get a blister once there is a higher risk you get it again in the same place, as the new skin is weaker than the old one. Im still curious whether pumping and a vaccum based extender work together or not. And how it is when u already had a blister. Does anyone of you have experience with that? With my grith I have to put legth on the second place....

Hey Dukie...I had recurring blisters in the same place and I'm convinced this was because I never gave it enough time to heal and was too eager to get wearing the PF again. In my experience, they take weeks and not days to heal completely and even then was left with a "patch" on my glans. Hence, the 6 month or so break I took partly because I was fed up with getting them and partly to wait until the "patches" had disappeared completely and then some.

Again, in my experience the PF is mainly geared towards length and not girth.

Odd that you didn't get the "red flag" pinching sensation though...are you circumcised/sleeping in it?

I took a long break (6 months or so) because of recurring blisters and just starting to get back "into it" now.

Yeah Tamora, I'm circumcised (LIKE MOST US DUDES), and I was COMPLETELY awake the entire 6 hours I wore it when the blister developed, but I never felt a thing. Think it'll be OK to start PF back after I get a gel toe protector to cover my entire head??? (once it's healed back over with new skin in a couple days,as it's very superficial-didn't bleed or anything, just a little weeping from the raw skin)? Any thoughts?

Hey Jock...I'm uncircumcised so maybe you being so has something to do with why you didn't get any warning signs...or the fact that your pretty much filling the bell prior to pumping. Not too sure.

I wouldn't like to hazard a guess as to when you should resume again...don't want to give poor advice. All I can say is that in my experience (and others) blisters have been the overriding problem with the PF and there have been many theories as to why they occur. All I will say is use your own judgement and pump as few times as possible as well as checking your todger regularly. Again, in my experience, it does cause a "weak spot" once you've had one and they do seem to take forever to heal.

Well, thats pretty clear that you cant gain much girth by pulling.
What i meant is the combo of for example pf and a pump like vitallisplus. Im pretty sure it puts double tension on your skin and leads to blisters pretty much faster but I need someone who experienced it.

Thats also what makes me wait for that new devices because I hope one of them is a better version of the old PenisPlus with some more and better developped string fitting that allows wearing it for longer time than the old version and makes it more comfortable.

Well, my todger (as you call it) has taken a good bit of abuse, bruises, scratches and zipper catches over the years from sports and the fact mine was always kinda "out there" if ya know what I mean. I haven't had him under a constant vacuum before, like PF, but I've always generally healed up pretty well with no discern-able scars or discoloration. I'll give him a few days 'til the skin's reformed completely over the raw spot; before I use the PF again, just to be safe! It's really just the very top layer of skin on my glans, so it doesn't even hurt. Thanks for the input, everyone!

I have no experience with the Vitallusplus...but I do pump as well as the PF. So far, I can't correlate any blister issues between the two.

We had that conversation about the condoms being "unbreakable" a while back on this thread and Julian retracted that statement for ethical and legal reasons. The "new" condoms are definitely tougher than the "old" condoms, but they are by no means unbreakable.

Yeah, I powdered mine well too, but it still split on the end about half way up my shaft . One other important thing...keep your fingernails trimmed short. A nail will nick the condom and cause it to split as well.

I'm seeing results from just manual stretching, but I'm sure a device would prove to be more effective. Here's to hoping.

I started using PF in late April and I'm still on my first sleeve after about 150 hours of use each month. So you should not need to worry about them breaking after three weeks.

Should I move to the large bell?

I don't consider myself having a large glans, but I am feeling that it's getting crushed inside the medium bell, it's a strange 'pain'.

However, I believe the large bell will make me lose vacuum fast because I will attach the medium condom on it.
