The medium sleeve can be used on the large bell, this is how I use mine and it has lasted around 3 months so far. Have you looked underneath the cardboard inlay inside the box for the extra condoms, this is how they are being sent now from what I recall in an earlier post?

Hmmm apparently they only sent me page 1 of the instructions as well. ... and no response from them yet. I have not received any email correspondence from them since I placed my order. They took my money the second I ordered it, of course. But when I asked for a tracking number, they ignored me. Now I'm missing 4 sleeves and no response yet. I hope I hear something on Monday.

ok before i shell out this kind of money i have questions...
1-how visible? i work in khakis and a polo tucked in. will it be visible to other people?
2-blisters...how many people get them and how could anyone buy this if it is common? no-blisters are not for me...
3-i am someone who has already had good gains(1.25 in lenth and almost .5 in girth)in less than a year...will it be as productive for me as a newbie?
4-users purchase worth the gains or too much hassle?
5-used in conjunction with pumping ok or too much?

1. A little bit visible. A small bulge by the waist where the bell and pump thing are. But i don't think anyone would think anything of it or know what it is.
2. No blisters for me yet, but only been using for a few days

4. If it works, it's worth it to me. Too early for me to tell if it works though.

1) If I wear mine out or to work I stick my wallet in my pocket...saves me feeling conscious about any potential "bulge" that might be showing. Also depends on how baggy your trousers are. Never had any strange looks or giggles so far.
2) The PF isn't the only form of PE you can get blisters from. If you learn the warning signs you should be able to prevent them but there's no guarantee.
3) Impossible to answer...nothing is guaranteed in life.
4) How much is even a small gain worth to you? It's not cheap but if you're happy with the gains it's worth it's weight in gold. I don't think it's the "perfect" device but I'm happy with my purchase.
5) I pump alongside the PF...gives a good stretch after pumping. Just listen to your PI's and be sensible.

Check that the height of the tension screws are equal...very important to give equal pull and minimize squeaking.
So I have received my package today but i don't think I got the extra condoms they said they will send.

Supposedly, they are taped behind the green packaging, but mine weren't in there. Still waiting for a response. Julian responded, only to tell me where they should be, but they weren't there. Still waiting for another response. Hopefully I'll hear something tomorrow as the weekend is over.
As it stands, I only have one sleeve that fits me, so I'm worried.

About the noise! Please pull the belt at the back more upward towards your back. the belt is most probably at your butt and therefore it moves while you walk
