Due to privacy, it is difficult for me to hang right now. That combined with the fact that when hanging in the past, I had decreased EQ which doesn't help when your wife wants to have sex! So I've decided to try pumping / clamping instead but also, I'm going to be more regimented with my routine.
Recently I've been working out with little rest. Why? Well I thought it would be worth trying a more is more approach to see if I could kick start some gains. I have made a little bit of progress, but on the rest days I have had, I've noticed that my dick feels more spongy and hangs much thicker. Therefore my body is telling me that more rest days would be a good thing.
Therefore I'm going to propose the following routine below. Due to privacy (I stealth PE), I will not be able to pump every day, so I will modify this routine to incorporate this. I know I mentioned this before, but I intend to stick to this routine now for at least three months and will re-assess my progress on the 1st September. In other words, I am not going to measure AT ALL until 1st September!! This is a promise hehe

I've chosen the 1st September because I want to start any new routine on a fresh month.
So my routine will be as follows:
Mon - Day off
Tue - Pump
Wed - Manual Day
Thu - Pump
Fri - Day Off
Sat - Pump
Sun - Pump
Pump:
2 x 10 minutes pumping at 5hg
2 x 50 wet jelqs
2 x 20 V-Jelqs
Note 1 - I will add in an additional third set if my body tells me it's right to do so!
Note 2 - When I cannot pump due to privacy, I will clamp instead as this is easier to do discreetly.
Manual Day:
20 squeezes (10 second holds & increasing one squeeze a week)
150 wet jelqs
60 V-Jelqs
3 Ulis (30 second holds)
I'm have fast recovery, so have advocated that only one days rest will be necessary. If I find that one day is not enough, I will be sensible and listen to my body and REST!
