Decided to take Wednesday off as I ended up having sex :D Plus it was probably good to have a day of rest.

Yep I've made some good increases and my girth is starting to increase.

Some pictures attached showing my base, mid and glan girth. Plus a full shot.

I'll get some BPEL ones when I have some more time :)

Sunday 30th May

I took it easy on Sunday as I'd had a very hectic day and felt as if I needed a rest.

Monday 31st May
Decided to take one more day off to really rest up. I've not been feeling 100% (headaches etc) so thought it best just to get an early night and then get back working out on Tuesday.

Well I'm really happy with my routine at the moment, but I do feel as if I need to increase the intensity a bit more. Basically, I really want to focus on length and try and increase that more than anything right now. Looking at the photos I posted here earlier, my girth has certainly increased.

When I started my PE routines compared to where I am now in terms of girth are shown below:

Starting Erect Girth at Base - 5.8 inches // Now - 6.375 (0.575" increase!)
Erect Girth at middle - 5.6 inches // Now - 5.635 (0.035" increase)
Erect Girth behind glans - 5.2 inches // Now 5.25" (0.05" increase)

Why my base girth has increased so much I've no idea! Arrgg, I want mid-shaft girth!!

Anyway, I intend to carry on doing my manual PE work until September where I intend to switch to hanging on a fairly regimented basis. Hopefully this will help me with my length, but by all accounts, hanging can increase base girth quite substantially! I don't think I want much more in base girth, but if it comes, then I guess it comes.

Routine for tonight as follows:

Wednesday 2nd June
- 2 x 5 set stretches
- 5 x A-Stretches
- 5 x BTC Stretches

- 300 wet jelqs
- 60 V-Jelqs

I've also ordered some more Tongkat Ali today as I really do want to try that again. I had real positive results last time I used it so hopefully it'll help me again. In addition to this, I've ordered an infra-red lamp that I intend to use for heating up. I've read a lot about these and they appear to be a good way to warm up. I normally use a wheatbag that is heated in the microwave, but thought I'd try something new.

The other benefit with this sort of heating is that when I start to hang, I can heat and hang at the same time. I believe heat is extremely important to allow the ligaments to really stretch out to their maximum potential. Combine this with the added healing benefits from heat and the improved bloodflow (especially from a IR lamp) and I think this is really going to help me.

Thursday 3rd June

It just wasn't happening tonight. I started my routine as normal but I had to stop. It's not PE, but I had a small split develop in my skin that hasn't been able to heal because of the stretching and jelqing. It's quite small, but has bled a few times after long PE sessions, so I thought it a good sign that I needed a couple of days rest to let it heal up.

Overall though, I'm pleased with my routine at the moment. Things are going well, I feel good and my cock is responding well. I can see why people get frustrated with PE though because it really is a long process. I can also see why some people are unconvinced that PE works. Let me tell you, it does, but it really does take time (well in my case anyway).

As I've mentioned in my previous posts, I'm keeping myself to doing manual work up until September when I intend to start hanging. I think that hanging will bring the length that I need, but to be honest at the moment, I'm really enjoying my manual stretch / jelq routine. Jelqing in particular because I'm left with a really nice fluffy flaccid hang that I can feel bouncing around in my pants haha.

I'm a quick healer, so I intend to get back on my routine by the weekend :)

I had an experiment with clamping on Friday. It felt pretty good and I did thr following:

- 10 minutes clamping
- 100 wet jelqs
- 10 minutes clamping
- 100 wet jelqs and massaging

I've been researching and found some interesting information on Tongkat Ali (below):

[SIZE=-1]Penile tissue growth (without wear and tear) depends largely on the testosterone-producing Leydig cells in the testicles. Tongkat ali stimulates the Leydig cells to produce more testosterone than they otherwise wood. Because tongkat ali stimulates the body's own testosterone production in the Leydig cells of the testicles, the testicles and surrounding tissue will grow in size. (During puberty, it's a spur in Leydig cell activity, which causes a boy's sexual organs to become the size of a man's. Furthermore, testosterone over-production endocrine disorders during adolescence cause oversized male genitalia.) [/SIZE]


I know it's not going to grow on it's own, but I thought I'd try some Tongkat Ali along with pumping / clamping to see if it would help support my growth :)

I took Saturday off for a rest but was back on my routine today. I've decided to start pumping and clamping over the next three months to see if I can improve on my mid-shaft and glan girth :)

Sunday 6th June
4 x 10 minute pumping at 5hg supported by 400 wet jelqs
*Each pump session above was followed by 100 wet jelqs*

Then:
4 x 10 minutes clamping

I wanted to do a "semi shock" routine to see if it could help kickstart my gains. Girth will be worked on from now until September, then I'm going to hang. :)

Hmm, wow that's interesting stuff. Well do let us know if it works out for you, I'd love to know if you think it aids you in gains or not!

Monday 5th June
Well I had a very light workout on Monday, purely because I wanted to give my dick a bit of a rest. So I did the following:

- 1 x 10 minute pumping at 5hg
- 10 minutes of stretches and squeezes.

Tuesday 6th June
I decided to clamp this morning. It's strange, but I don't get any swelling with clamping at all. Maybe I'm not doing it right? My method is as follows:

- Gain a good erection
- Wrap my base with a bit of cloth and then clamp with a Cable Clamp so that the screw is point straight at the floor.
- Kegel up to keep myself really hard.

What I see is my dick really solid, the veins poke out and it looks really meaty. I kegel throughout the routine, trying to keep hard and after 10 minutes, I release the clamp. My dick looks flush and fat afterwards, but I don't have any lasting expansion, especially not 0.5" as some people have suggested.

Personally speaking, it's pumping that really seems to stretch me out!

Anyway I did the following:

AM
2 x 10 minutes clamping
2-3 minutes of squeezes in-between clamps

I intend to pump this evening :)

Due to privacy, it is difficult for me to hang right now. That combined with the fact that when hanging in the past, I had decreased EQ which doesn't help when your wife wants to have sex! So I've decided to try pumping / clamping instead but also, I'm going to be more regimented with my routine.

Recently I've been working out with little rest. Why? Well I thought it would be worth trying a more is more approach to see if I could kick start some gains. I have made a little bit of progress, but on the rest days I have had, I've noticed that my dick feels more spongy and hangs much thicker. Therefore my body is telling me that more rest days would be a good thing.

Therefore I'm going to propose the following routine below. Due to privacy (I stealth PE), I will not be able to pump every day, so I will modify this routine to incorporate this. I know I mentioned this before, but I intend to stick to this routine now for at least three months and will re-assess my progress on the 1st September. In other words, I am not going to measure AT ALL until 1st September!! This is a promise hehe :) I've chosen the 1st September because I want to start any new routine on a fresh month.

So my routine will be as follows:

Mon - Day off
Tue - Pump
Wed - Manual Day
Thu - Pump
Fri - Day Off
Sat - Pump
Sun - Pump

Pump:
2 x 10 minutes pumping at 5hg
2 x 50 wet jelqs
2 x 20 V-Jelqs

Note 1 - I will add in an additional third set if my body tells me it's right to do so!
Note 2 - When I cannot pump due to privacy, I will clamp instead as this is easier to do discreetly.

Manual Day:
20 squeezes (10 second holds & increasing one squeeze a week)
150 wet jelqs
60 V-Jelqs
3 Ulis (30 second holds)

I'm have fast recovery, so have advocated that only one days rest will be necessary. If I find that one day is not enough, I will be sensible and listen to my body and REST!

Wish me luck and I will keep my log updated as to my progress :D

gains but trying this routine.

Bottom line is that I like pumping and jelqing and didn't respond well to hanging (purely down to the loss in EQ).

I feel ready for pumping and clamping on a more regular basis now and feel that I will gain from this. Combine that with the fact that I am
a fast healer and I think intense works for me.

I'm really looking forward to this :)
