Right, well I thought it was time that I started my own log, not only to document my progress, but to also for others to come in and help me out, make suggestions, etc.

I took four measurements to start with as I'm not entirely sure where everyone measures. Anyway my measurements are as follows and were taken at 100% erection levels.

Erect Length - 5.8 inches
Erect Girth at Base - 5.8 inches
Erect Girth at middle - 5.6 inches
Erect Girth behind glans - 5.2 inches

My main focus is really to increase both girth and length. I would love to at least make 7 inches in length and maybe push to 6.5 inches in girth. I think my girth is pretty good at the moment anyway (I've always been told that I have a fat one lol).

My chosen routine is to follow PE Success Guys "Less is more" theory. So I'll be doing the following until my gains slow down on a 2 days on 1 day off basis:

- 15 Minutes for Warm-up with a heating pad.
- 1 Set of 4-Way Flaccid bends (10 seconds each)
- 20 JAI Stretches
- 1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches (30 second stretches)
- 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total)
- 20 Helicopter shakes
- 7 Minutes of Wet Jelqing (OK grip - 5 second strokes)
- 5 Minutes for Cool-down
- KEGEL at 100-150 times every other day

Now I've added in helicopter shakes as I've always felt that they help get my blood flowing better after stretching out. I've also removed the edging as my girlfriend likes to have regular sex with long foreplay, so these sessions do last a long time in which I'm at 100% erection levels for most of it.

I will also be taking the following supplements to aid recovery and assist my PE:

- One A-Z Multi Vitamin tablet (A-Z Multi-Vitamins & Minerals for Men - Designed specifically for men - Healthy Direct)

- One Zinc tablet (Zinc, Colds & Flu - Healthy Direct)

- Four L-Arginine tablets (L-Arginine 500mg - Healthy Direct)

- One Vitamin B tablet (Vitamin B Complex - Biotin, Niacin, Thiamine, Riboflavin - Healthy Direct)

- Two Maca tablets (Maca Tablets 500mg | Maca Root Extract Supplement - Healthy Direct)

I take these each day in the morning with breakfast.

So, there you have it. It's going to be a long road ahead but I'm looking forward to the journey. I'm confident of making gains and I think that is half of the battle.

One update to give - I think I over-did my kegels yesterday and last night whilst having a bit of foreplay with my woman, I didn't have 100% erection levels. Probably at best I was at 65-70%. This is disappointing and proves that I've probably overworked the PC muscle.

So today, even though it's a PE day, I'm not going to do any kegels at all. I'm going to rest my PC muscle and do some more tomorrow.

I have to say that it does feel ever so slightly tight today, so I probably have overworked it. This is the problem with kegels, because they are easy to do and that you can do them anywhere (I do them at work whilst working on my computer), it's very easy to over train.

Well first lesson learnt and I'm listening to my body. Hopefully when I do them again, the muscle will feel stronger and more powerful!

Onwards and upwards :D

Oops forgot to add that I woke up in the early hours of this morning with an absolute raging boner. I thought my skin was going to burst lol!

Hmmm, the PC muscle still feels tight but I had a very full erection.....who knows! I'm going to stick with what I originally said and not kegel today. One day isn't going to hurt and I'll just do a bit of plumping when I go to the bathroom :)

Looks like a good solid routine ReetB. It is good that you recognized what could be causing your lower EQ. I notice the same thing on workout days, my unit seems to be tired at the end of the day and my EQ is down some but don't always consider this a sign of overtraining. After a good nights rest your unit seemed to be enjoying what you did so that is a good sign. If you are feeling sore or tight in that area you may want to do a few less Kegels for now and see if that helps, I can overtrain easily with erect Kegels. Maybe keep your routine the same but change the Kegels to 50-100 and start from there. Good luck and keep us posted.


PS: I measure my girth about 1 inch behind the glans.

Quick update!

My last two PE sessions have felt fairly good. I'm a big fan of the "less is more" theory however there are times when I feel as if I'm not working the blood flow very much with my jelqs.

However I keep hearing that voice in my head with the words PE Success Guy said "even if you feel as if you're not moving much blood around, don't worry, you are!".

I guess I must be doing something right as I woke up again this morning with some serious morning wood. I think I could have hung the washing off of it lol!! Then when I got up, I had a really good flaccid hang.

So, onwards and upwards. My EQ at the moment feels excellent, I'm not sore and my unit feels as if it's responding well. I've decided not to measure until at least a month in as I don't actually want to be distracted. I know this is a long process and to be honest, everything feels as if it's going well so I'm not going to measure yet.

I'm glad everything is working well for you.

And don't worry about the blood flow while jelqing. Convince yourself that you are doing enough. Because you ARE!

Thanks PESG!

Well I'm just over a week into this routine and things are still going well. My flaccid hang is improving, which is a surprise this early into my PE training. The first thing I noticed is that I'm not turtling anywhere near as much as I used to when coming out of the shower and into a cold room.

The other things I've noticed is that I feel a lot more plump and the hang is much better. I really notice this when I go to the bathroom as it feels much more substantial down there. I keep telling myself that it must be in my mind as I'm only a week in, but even if it is, I still feel good.

I'm still working on the less is more philosophy, however I am finishing up my routine with a few V-Jelqs at light pressure. I feel that these really do help with my girth, gives me a stretch as well, plus gets me to a slightly higher erect state before cooling down at the end.

So, one week in, my flaccid hang has improved, I feel more plump and I am not having any side effects. Morning wood is still going strong and my EQ is fantastic.

I guess at this stage its tempting to increase the routine as I'm not feeling any side effects, but I'm going to stick with what I have. I would imagine a lot of people try and do more and more and before they know it, they're sore, do not have morning wood and actually feel as if they're going backwards.

I'm going to measure myself at the weekend being my 2 week point. I don't expect any gains at all yet, but I want to document my growth and keep an accurate log of what is happening.

Oh just to add that the Bio-Oil I've been using is great. Maybe it's the oil or maybe it's the PE, but the skin on my dick now feels a lot more stretchy and pliable.

Cool :D

Like you say, if it's working, why change it? I had my day off yesterday so I'm back on it today.

PE is addictive isn't it! :D

Ok I thought I'd just throw out some comments to the forum in my log, as there may be other beginners that might be thinking the same questions. I've also had a few thoughts :)

1. Firstly, my PE is going well (or at least I think it is). I enjoy the workout routines and sometimes it's hard to stop. When I've done my 7-10 minutes of wet jelqing I think to myself, is that it? Hmm I feel I could go for a lot longer. HOWEVER, I don't. I'm a firm follower of PE-Success Guy's "Less Is More" philosophy!

2. At the end of my sessions, I've been doing a few light V-Jelqs as I find that I get a better flaccid hang at the end. Maybe because it's because I'm jelqing and squeezing at the same time? Anyway, it seems to work for me.

3. I've noticed since starting my PE (bearing in mind I've not been going long) that my dick feels more pliable now. The skin feels more elastic and when I stretch, it feels more rubbery if that makes sense. I would put this down to both my routine and the Bio-Oil that I'm using.

4. I'm still trying to find the right erection level to jelq at. I think, as with many beginners, it's hard to know what a 30-40% erection level is. Well my PE session last night, I jelqed at a much lower erection level and I could definitely feel a ballooning effect as I squeezed up my shaft. I also did a 2-second kegel before doing my jelq to force blood in and that seemed to help.

Just to make it clear on erection levels. My previous sessions I have been semi-hard. Enough to bend it slightly if I was shaking it but not hard. Last night I jelqed at lower levels. To give you an idea, I could easily bend my dick back on itself, so I wasn't hard but I was a good full flaccid / semi erect. I'd like to know, based on both of these descriptions, what you would call these erection levels in terms of percentages?

Anyway, no morning wood this morning after my PE last night but I've had a nice plump flaccid this morning. I don't think not getting morning wood every morning is a bad thing to be honest. The main thing is that my dick feels good, elastic, pliable and I think it's responding well!

Any thoughts / comments would be appreciated :)

The erection levels you describe sound like your previous sessions were 70-80% and your latest sessions have been 30-40%.

Of the two, I would suggest sticking with 30-40%. But some people prefer the 70-80%. Higher erection levels will give you a better girth workout but it will also require more intensity and pressure which, for a beginner, is not necessarily a smart thing

Yeah I have to say that I'm finding the 30-40% levels quite hard to jelq too if I'm really honest. Firstly, it really doesn't feel as if I'm forcing any blood through at times, then all of a sudden I'll do a good jelq and I can feel a good expansion along my shaft until I get towards the end of the jelq and it then feels a bit like a pull than an squeeze.

The one good thing about lower erection levels is that I can get a small stretch on when I jelq down. I do say small as I'm not intending to pull on my dick but it just naturally happens as I do my jelq stroke.

At the higher erection levels, I do feel as if I'm really pushing blood through more and at the end I do feel nicely engorged. Wrapping my hands just under my glans at the end of my PE when jelqing at higher levels, I feel noticeably fatter in girth.

Anyway, I think I originally jelqed at higher levels initially because as soon as I touched my dick, my brain would think "ahh play time" and I'd get hard. Since getting into my training, I'm now finding that my brain knows its work out time, not play time and it doesn't get as hard....which is a good thing in that I can keep my erection levels down, but a bad thing in that at times, it feels as if I'm just squeezing a limp dick.

Anyway, no morning wood again this morning but a very nice plump. I also had sex this morning and I was ROCK HARD. It felt as if my skin was going to burst lol! So, I'll take this as a positive PI and carry on.

Finally, I've bought myself a proper material tape measure and I'm going to take some accurate measurements over the next few days. This isn't too see how much I've grown, it's simply to take accurate measurements. Last time I measured my length with a ruler and my girth with a piece of string and then marking it and putting it against the ruler. I'm sure this is fine, but as I have a proper material tape measure now, I'll get much more accurate results.

Funnily enough, I pressed my ruler up again my dick last night and it measured 6" bang on. I previously measured myself at 5.8 a while ago so whether I'd measured wrong in the past, or have actually gained a bit, I don't know. Anyway, I'll update my log with some accurate measurements soon :)

Well now that I have my new tape measure, I took some measurements last night. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time so I would say that my erection levels were probably at about 80% but I was really pleased with the results.

EG at the base = 6.0 inches!
EG at mid = 5.5 inches.
EG behind glans = 5.2 inches.
EL = 5.8 inches.

Now I don't know what these would read if I was at 100% levels, but when I kegalled my dick went to 6 inches in length :D so I'm pretty confident I could improve on these.

Anyway, I'll update this with some proper measurements tonight as I'll have more time to get up to 100% levels.

I'm really pleased with my girth though. It means that really whatever I gain now is a bonus but my goals for the next year are to try and reach a girth of about 6.5 inches and a length of about 7 inches, which may be possible and not too unrealistic!! :D

Ok had some time to do some proper measurements at 100% levels and I'm pleased with my starting stats :)

As at 27th February 2009:

EL = 6.0 inches.
EG at the base = 6.0 inches.
EG at mid = 5.5 inches.
EG behind glans = 5.25 inches.

Now I've just got to work on improving these :D

Well I had a good PE session last night....very good in fact! :)

I'd previously worked out 4 days running, just because I had the house to myself and thought I'd take advantage of having some good quality PE time. Anyway, as reported previously my unit was feeling slightly tired on Tuesday, so I decided to rest it for a day and get back onto a 2 days on 1 day off routine.

Well last night it went very well. For some reason my dick now feels really elastic. I'm not sure if it's the Bio-Oil that I've been using or whether the stretching I've been doing has taken effect. Either way, it feels really good and I seemed to stretch much better than before. If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd like to hear :)

Anyway, had a very good session, really nice slow 5 second jelqs at about 30% and I could really feel the blood pushing through :D

Overall I'm really pleased with the way things are going. I'll carry on working at it and measure in a few weeks time to see if I've made any gains...however small they may be :)

Ok new slightly increased routine starting this week following my great PI's over the last 4 weeks:

- 15 Minutes for Warm-up with a rice sock.
- 1 Set of 4-Way Flaccid bends (15 seconds each)
- 20 JAI Stretches
- 1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches - 60 second stretches
- 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total)
- 20 Helicopter shakes
- 12 minutes of Wet Jelqing (OK grip - 5 second strokes)
- 10 V-Jelqs (5 second strokes)
- 2 Minutes for Cool-down

If I still get good PI's I'll increase my jelqing to by 1 minute a week and my stretches by another 10 seconds each week until my body tells me to slow down.
