Yeah I think I might be onto something as well. The whole process of "mixing it up" keeps the body on it's toes and never allows it to become accustomed to a certain exercise :)

I had a great workout session last night in fact. As I said in a previous entry, I'm going to bring in my Jelq Device now a couple of days a week, just for variety. On JD days, I only do one set of stretches opposed to two lots. This also mixes up my stretch routine and should again keep my body on it's toes.

Anyway, I did everything as above but with one set of stretches, then my wet jelqs / v jelqs and finished with my Jelq Device.

Wow, what a pump I ended up with! The Jelq Device really seemed to hit the underside of my shaft well and I got a great bulge moving up. I definitely wouldn't use it every day but using it maybe 2 workouts of 5, it's hits new areas that my regular jelqs have not been doing as much.

Anyway, I finished by bringing myself to 100% levels and man did it look meaty haha! I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror as I walked to the bathroom and it looked huge. Veiny and bulging!! Great stuff!

So I'll continue on this program and see where it takes me :) I'm still not going to measure until the end of April as I'm hoping that by doing so, I can focus on a quality workout rather than worrying about measuring too much.

I'm confident my gains will come, it's just a matter of time :)

Anyway, I'm on a two days rest now and will start my next workout on Saturday. I have to say that my body feels as if it could do with a rest, so I would have had a couple of days off anyway.

I've also bought some new supplements today to add to my routine. These are:

- High strength Bilberry (5000mg per tab)
- Red Korean Ginseng (1200mg per tab)
- Horny Goat weed
- AAKG

I plan to start using the AAKG when I start back up on Saturday as I've been taking arginine in tablet form for a while now and would like to test something else out. I've still got about half a bottle left of arginine so I'll save that until the AAKG is used up.

I'm also into my third week of using Tongkat Ali. I managed to find a good UK distributor, so I thought I'd give it a go. I have to say that it's pretty good stuff and I have found that I get more horny more of the time, however that's about it. Anyway, a natural increase in my testosterone can't be a bad thing for PE. I do feel as if I'm cum loads are bigger as well :)

Regarding my routine, I think I'm going to also introduce some edging at the end of my sessions. I've read quite a number of reports now that suggest edging / ballooning really does a lot to increase your size.

I have just one problem with edging now though and its this. When I first started PE, I got hard very quickly. Doing PE for me was very erotic and my brain thought I wanted to play. Anyway, after a few months of working out, I've found that my PE feels more like a workout now rather than erotic. The problem I have is that after a good PE session, although I'm nice and plump, I can't seem to get a 100% erection level. It's almost as if my brain is switched on to PE mode and not erotic mode.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I do too. I have yet to figure out how to combat this other than just taking my time and relaxing.

Well PE Gym, I need some motivation :( Not sure what it is recently, but I've got it into my head that this stuff doesn't work for me. I know it's stupid, but I feel if I've hit a bit of a wall. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much too soon?

Anyway, had a couple of good work outs over the weekend. Saturday I had a great workout, which consisted of the following:

- 15 minute warm up with rice sock.

- 2 sets of 5 way stretches holding each stretch for one minute.

- After each stretch, 10 circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.

- After each circle stretch, 10 helicopter shakes.

- 140 wet jelqs at 4-5 second strokes (one hand counting as a rep).

- 30 V-Jelqs (one hand counting as a rep).

- 100 slow jelqs using my Jelq Device.

- 2 hours of edging, allowing my erection to subside around five times and then getting back hard again. The idea being that I wanted to introduce fresh blood into my dick.

Now this routine above was a shock routine as I've been taking things lightly recently and I have to say that when edging, I had the hardest ever erection. It was almost throbbing in size. A good sign I think.

On Sunday I did a lighter routine as I was feeling slightly fatigued.

- 10 minutes warm up with a rice sock.

- Two sets of 5 way stretches but only holding each stretch for 30 secs this time.

- 10 minutes of wet jelqing

- 30 V-Jelqs

- 50 slow jelqs with my Jelq Device.

- 30 minutes of edging.

I have to say that the jelq device is great for me as it really hits the underside of my dick. You can feel a huge bulge being moved up slowly and gently. In this respect, I feel it hits my girth much more effectively than my normal manual wet jelqs.

I've switched back to counting my jelqs by time rather than reps as I feel I can get more quality in this way, rather than worrying about a certain number. With the introduction of my Jelq Device into some of my workout sessions, I think this really had added something as well.

However like I say, I do feel as if things are moving slowly for me. I did measure on Saturday (which I wasn't going to do) and I showed little improvement from my last measurement. I need to double check when I last measured though because I probably didn't do it long ago.

Anyway, words of encouragement would be welcomed :)

Well things are feeling better today.

My PE session on Sunday was fairly heavy and I have to say that it did feel good, however by Monday I was feeling a little fatigued down there :p

Anyway, I did a lighter session on Monday and the session went well but yesterday I had to take the day off. I have to say taking a day off really did wonders for me...funny isn't it!

I haven't had morning wood for the past couple of days and after having a day off yesterday, I woke up this morning with a raging boner :D whoopie!! :D

My flaccid length is also looking a lot better today and I feel much more "puffy" in girth. Just trying to pull it out through my zipper to have a piss it feels girthy and fat. Good stuff!

So I'm going to continue with my routine the way I have documented in here recently, but keep a closer eye on my body's clues (PI's). This rest day has made me feel a lot better and I feel raring to go for my PE session tonight.

In fact, I might even consider working on a two days on / one day off routine, but I'll see how things go.

Hi ReetB. I just recently switched to 3 on, 2 off because the 2 days off keeps my EQ at 10 and I usually see my gains on the second day off. I tried 5/2 but by the time I was getting to the 4th and 5th days, my sessions did not seem as productive because of minor fatigue. I only work mr. happy when he is upright and at attention ;). Include some scheduled rest days here and there for awhile and see where that takes you. Measure on the rest days - your growth might occur those days too :p

ReetB, if I seriously wasn't going through some personal stuff of my own or I would have replied to you sooner.

First of all, doubt is a killer. Everything about us responds to how we feel. Think about it, does your penis become erect when your with someone you are attracted to or not attracted to? That's really rhetorical. One thing I have come to notice is the different levels of a flaccid penis. For example, on some days when I'm feeling depressed or worried I'm going to go to jail, my penis does what I wish I could do, it hides and my 4" flaccid is gone.

Long and short of it, PE works ReetB, you just gotta have faith in it. Be confident, be proud. I thought I was going to lose even more than I have, but my Fixer routine has gotten me back to positive PI land. The thing is sure, I did the 90 day routine before. But I also took a 8 month break after, so I need a fixing routine to condition my penis. Also I found what works best for me is similar to how I lift weights (1 day on one day off). I break my muscles down after working out, and give them a day to grow. Except my core, never give that a break. Try giving yourself rest days, just because you don't see progress doesn't mean you need to work yourself more.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the time you've taken to respond to my progress log :)

You're both right. Firstly I believe PE works, absolutely 100%!! I was just having a bit of a downer the other day as I think I'd probably overworked myself....we all do it don't we!

Anyway, I like the idea of dropping to two days on and maybe one day off. Or three days on and two days off. What I know is rest works. When I rest, my dick feels plump and fatter. It also hangs a lot better as well.

I think my biggest problem is ensuring that I get quality PE in. I'm still technically doing the first 90 days (I started in late January / early February), so I've probably got another 3 weeks or so until I finish this. However, I think I'm going to continue with what I have (jelqing, v-jelqs, etc) but maybe just mix it up and add a few different stretches etc.

Make no mistake, I will reach my goals, it's just finding the best way to achieve them. But then I guess if we all knew straight away the best methods that worked on us, we'd all have massive dongs haha!

Hey dude PE work, your all my inspiration for PATIENCE, diligence and hard work, It's still a long way before we hit the plateau. TWO hours edging, damn can't last for 35minutes still way to long for me..:DI need to last longer..

Well I've had a couple of days off over the weekend as it was a bank holiday over here in the UK, so I was pretty busy. However I must say that the rest has done me good.

Had a good workout session today and did something slightly different, JonPop's Beginners routine - e.g. 150 wet jelqs (two hands counting as one rep) and 90 v-jelqs. I following this by 15 minutes of edging and I have to say that it felt good.

I also split up my workout by doing some stretching earlier in the day and that seemed to work well also.

Hopefully this week things will get back to normal and I'll be able to get back onto my more regular routine, but these "mix them up" workouts do seem to work well for me.

I have to say that I did whip out the ruler and went for a quick measure. Not sure if I'm measuring correctly or not, but I'm sure I saw 6.5 inches BPEL! I'm going to have another good measure though when I have some more time to edge and get up to a good size.

My EQ is superb though, really strong hard erections that last forever. So if nothing else, the PE is working in making my EQ a lot better!!

And a lot of people tend to take this for granted. I know before doing PE, when I jerked off, when I was done, so was my penis. Now, it stays rock hard for awhile after ejaculating, making it very possible to go for a second round or...10...;) Believe in your gains if you see them Reet!

I do believe in my gains and I know it's just a matter of time before I start to see some great increases in length.

I've recently shifted my work outs to two days on and one day off just to see if this helps. I was finding on the five day routine, my dick was getting a little tired towards day 4 and 5, so hopefully this new approach will get around this.

I'm also still mixing things up by trying to keep it as simple as possible. So my current routine for the next few months will be:

- Warmup with a rice sock
- 5 way stretches (1 minute holds)
- 150 wet jelqs (slow reps, 8-10 seconds)
- 30 v-jelqs
- 10 minutes edging

On days that I use my Jelq-Device, I won't do v-jelqs as the JD seems to hit girth very well.

Well not a huge deal to add apart from that I took a bit of a break for about 4 days mainly due to a really busy week and also because I thought it would be good to have a bit of a rest.

On top of this, I stopped all supplements for these days off also. I've been doing my PE since around the middle of February (I think) and have been taking my supplements every single day, so it's probably good to rest up a bit.

Anyway, had another good session yesterday. I'm trying to extend my jelq time out and really focus on forcing the blood through. I also completed 50 jelq-device reps instead of my V-Jelqs and afterwards my dick felt really nice and plump.

Hopefully this slightly lighter routine will see be gain. I might also look at going to a two days of and one day off routine, with the occasional "shock / mix up" day thrown in.

I just want to reach my initial 7" goal this year and I'm sure that I will be able to do that :D

Well I've not been well the last week so I've had the week off to rest. I have to admit, I've really missed my PE but with the way I've been feeling, it's just been better for my body to rest. Still a week isn't a long time in the scheme of things :)

So back on it today (27th April) and I'm aiming to do 2 days on and 1 day off as I feel that I respond better this way. Lets just say that last night I had a bit of a session with my lady and my dick looked really full and fat, so I'm sure this is working :D

I'll report back soon with some measurements :)

My PE of late has been a bit patchy and I'm not going to let myself slip, this week I've been really looking to add quality to my workouts.

I quite like the idea someone else posted up of doing 1 day on / 1 day off then 2 days on / 1 day off then back to 1 day on/off again and continue the cycle. On the 1 day on/off workout, I'm going to go for a slightly longer and heavier session (note that I'm not going to rip my dick off, but just go for a bit more intensity). On the 2 days on / 1 day off workouts, the routine will be a bit lighter.

Anyway had a good few days workout. I'm still doing the following:

- 10/15 minute warm up with a rice-sock

- 1 x 5 way stretches (1 minute holds) - Sometimes I do two sets of 30 second holds just for variety.

- 200 slow wet jelqs - I alternate between using an overhand grip and a normal OK grip. So for the first 50 I might do the OK grip and for the next 50 I'll do overhand. At 100 jelqs, I slap my dick against my leg and get the blood flowing, then resume.

What I've found is that the overhand grip seems to give me a much better bulge moving up my shaft. I'm not sure if it's just the different angle that lets me feel it better, or if I'm just grabbing more of my dick, but it does seem to feel as if it's bulging more than the standard OK grip.

- Edge for 10-15 minutes to 100% levels.

- Sometimes I throw in a couple of Uli's just to get full expansion.

When I started PE back in late January, I noticed that I would get morning wood every morning. This hasn't happened recently, but I'm not taking it as a negative PI. What I would say is that the other day when my good lady was sucking on me, my dick looked massive. Veins bulging, great girth and she was struggling to get it in her mouth! :D

My only issue at the moment is really around measuring. When I get a full blown erection (100%), my dick curves upwards. So my problem is trying to measure BPEL as I can't get the ruler flat to my dick. I reckon I'm losing about 0.2 inches or more with my curve. Ok it's not a lot, but I find it hard to accurately measure. Has anyone else had this problem?

Anyway, onwards and upwards :D I will get some measurements against soon, but at the moment I just want to focus on good quality PE rather than trying to reach a measurement target :)

Also to add that I sometimes throw in a few v-jelqs or use my Jelq-Device (this seems to be more intense, so I only use it on harder training days).

Hi Reet, hope you dont mind if i give you a tip being a noob and all.

I dont use a flat ruler, maybe i should cause it is good for pressing for the BPEL.

I use a clothes tape measure its a flexible tape measure that is used by a taylor.

That would be a good thing to buy, if you have a kink in your cock! hehe i have a slight bend upwards also, (i heard its good for g spot sniping)

Yes I do have a material tape measure and I think I might try to use this when I measure going forward.

Anyway, I've been working out again recently and getting my consistency back which is great! Things are going really well and I'm pleased with my workouts. Reps have been longer (5-8 seconds) and I'm feeling a lot plumper during the day!

I'm going to stick with this routine for a few months to see if I manage to get any results. I know it's still early days, but I do feel good with the workouts I've had so far, so we'll just have to wait and see.

One thing I will add is that I've brought back in my L-Arginine tablets into my supplement regime and since taking them, I've woken up with hard morning wood every single morning without fail!! They obviously are helping with my circulation, so it's a supplement that I'll not do without!
