I had a very relaxing workout last night, just as PE should be :)

Monday 10th May
- 1 set of 6 way stretches (Left, Right, BTC Left, BTC Right, Up and Down)
- 25 tension stretches (each held for 10 seconds each)
- 15 minutes wet jelqing

I'm experimenting with jelqing by time rather than by count. Why? Well I think, personally speaking, I relax more when I jelq by time and focus on the exercise rather than the number that I've done. When I jelq by count, I tend to start analysing each jelq and if its not perfect, I do it again as I "don't want to have a bad jelq counted against my total". Sounds stupid, but when I jelq by time, if I get a slightly bad jelq, then I don't worry and just focus on the next one.

Last night, after jelqing by time, I was left with a great plump flaccid hang, much more so than when I jelq by count.

Anyway, same again tonight. I'm going to carry on with this routine every day until my body feels like it needs a rest. I'm going to listen to my body for my rest days rather than set so many days on and so many days off.

Another good workout this evening although I did have a small blood blister develop and leak out internally. Nothing to worry about as I just massaged it away, but it actually happened after stretching. I'll just have to be a bit careful going forward.

Anyway workout today:

Tuesday 11th May
- 1 set of 6 way stretches holding each for 30 seconds (helicopter twirls after each stretch also)
- 25 tension stretches holding each for 10 seconds
- 25 minutes wet jelqing

I also measured today! :D

Measurements as at 11th May 2010
BPEL - 6.75 inches
EL - 6.5 inches
Base Girth - 6.25 inches
Mid Girth - 5.5 inches
Glan Girth - 5.25 inches

I'm definately growing!! :D

Just to confirm my recent measurements compared to when I started:

BPEL = 6.00 up to 6.75 inches.
EG at the base = 6.00 up to 6.25 inches.
EG at mid = 5.5 inches - no change
EG behind glans = 5.25 inches no change.

So, onwards and upwards. 7 inches here I come :D

Hehe, yes I do have quite a list of exercises. To be fair, my primary goal is length because I do have quite a bit of natural girth anyway. However I would like to increase my mid-shaft and glan girth to be closer to my base girth.

No, I've not tried clamping, but would be interested in giving it a go. I'm a big fan of hanging and intend to start a decent hanging routine in a few months time. Basically I'm going to be having a shoulder operation so will have my shoulder in a split for around 6 weeks. This obviously causes problems when trying to jelq and stretch as you do really need the use of two hands. Therefore I've decided to do manual work up until my operation and then when I'm at home (off work for 6 weeks), I'm going to spend a lot of time doing intensive hanging.

My aim is to hit around 3 hours hanging a day, broken up into three sets of 20 minute slots. One early morning, one lunch time and one set in the afternoon. I am aiming on doing that for 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday being a very light single 20 minute hang just to stop the ligs from toughing up.

The schedule will hopefully be something like this:

Hang set 1 - 8:00am-9:30am (30 minutes additional time for adjustments, re-wrapping etc)

Hang set 2 - 11:00am-12:30pm

Hang set 3 - 14:00-15:30

Between hanging sets, I intend to keep my dick extended with a light ADS device. This will either be a vac-ads device or a AutoXsleeve that I have. I will also be using a lot of heat and applying Bio-Oil to the skin in order to keep it nice and loose.

This routine certainly isn't for beginners, but then I've been going at this PE game for quite a while now. I think that with around 15 hours hanging a week, for 6 weeks, I'll really can jump start some further gains :D

I had sex so my dick was feeling a bit tired, so just kept it light.

Saturday 11th May
Had a bit of time this morning so did some light hanging with some jelqing thrown in afterwards :)

- 2 x 20 minutes hanging at 2.5kg
- 100 wet jelqs with a jelq device
- 200 manual wet jelqs
- 60 manual V-Jelqs

Oh and I'm trying some Rescue Oil now instead of Bio Oil. It's a lot cheaper here in the UK and smells damn great. I'll let you know how I get on with it, but early indications is that it works just as well as Bio Oil!

Felt like doing some girth work today as I've not done any for ages (well apart from my jelqs).

I've been going for about 8 days solid without a break, although my PI's are absolutely fine. I might just have a day off tonight to rest up and then go again tomorrow :)

PE is addictive and I need to be sensible, but so far I'm really enjoying it :D

- 10 tension stretches (10 second holds)
- 5 minutes of v-stretches

- 5 minutes circular stretch

I'm resting today! I've been going at it everyday without a break for a while now and I think I need to give my little guy a rest.

Things are progressing well though. I'm definitely a "more is more" guy and my flaccid hang is great. I'm also starting to feel the base ligs lift out of my groin. Let me try and explain what I mean by this. Basically where my base ligs go into my groin, I can almost feel underneath my penis and push my fingers right into my pelvic floor. This to me means that they are really started to loosen up and grow :D

Anyway, like I say, a day of rest today and I'll start again tomorrow :)

I took the day off on Sunday as I've started to develop some red lumps around my shaft. It's possible that I've overworked things so I thought it best to play safe and just rest up.

I might work out tonight depending on how things are, but if not, I'll be back working out as soon as possible.

Well the red lumps are subsiding and I think I know what's caused them. Basically, where I've shaved my shaft, it's left the pours open. Combine that with jelqing every day with Bio-Oil or Rescue Oil as I'm in bed, I go straight to sleep after jelqing letting my dick return to it's normal size in a relaxed mood. Well because my pours have been open and I've used quite a bit of oil, I think it's basically got into my pours and caused small spots from the oil's grease. So now, what I'm doing is just wiping the oil from myself after jelqing just so that it's not left there wet and oily when I go to sleep.

Anyway, as a result of having a day off on Sunday, my dick felt more pliable for the workout on Monday.

- 2 x 5 way stretches
- 20 tension stretches
- 200 jelqs
- 40 V-Jelqs.

I just wasn't "feeling" the jelqing in the workout. I've no idea why but it wasn't feeling good, so I stopped at the reps posted above. Having said that, I woke up this morning with a raging boner!!!

PE confuses me at times lol. Sometimes I can do less work and wake up with raging hard-ons, other times I can do less work and nothing.

Anyway, sufficed to say that the above workout left me with a great hard dick this morning and now I'm looking forward to working out again tonight :)

Tuesday 25th May

Decided to change my stretching workouts as I really think I need to move up to more advanced exercises. With that in mind, my workout on Tuesday was as follows:

- 5 rotating stretches (10 reps each)
- 5 BTC stretches (30 second holds)
- 5 double stretches (30 second holds)
- 1 set of 5 way stretches (30 second holds)
- 300 wet jelqs
- 60 V-Jelqs
