I realise I've not updated for a while, but I've been having a little bit of a break. It's funny, but after a good few days off, my dick feels spongy and flexible. Rest is definately a GOOD thing!!

Anyway, I had a little workout on Sunday and intend to work out again tonight.

Sunday 13th June
3 x 10 minutes pumping (3-5hg).

I've had a nice rest this week (felt like I needed it) and have started again today with some pumping and jelqing.

Saturday 19th June

Took two days off and will work out tonight.

I've decided that when I can't pump, I'm going to focus on stretching. I definitely think that stretching will be the key for me :)

Tuesday 22nd June
- 1 x 5 way stretches (left, right, up, down, straight out, each held for 30 seconds)
- 1 x 2 way BTC stretches (left and right, holding for 30 seconds)
- 6 x Internal Stretches (30 second holds)
- 150 wet jelqs

Well I'm back, posting again and adding to my log.

I've had quite a bit of time off recently but after a lot of things happening in my life, I'm back doing some simple manual exercises. Reading back over this log, it's clear that I was making good gains early on from keeping it very simple and that's what I'm going to do for the next few months, just to see if it has any impact again.

So my routine as from last night was as follows:
*
- 20 light JAI stretches
- 1 x 5 way stretches (left, right, down, up, straight out) holding for 30 seconds each
- 1 x BTC stretches (left and right)
- 1 x 5 way stretches (left, right, down, up, straight out) holding for 30 seconds each
- 1 x BTC stretches (left and right)
- 110 wet jelqs.

I had intended on stopping at 80 jelqs, but I had a very good pump going on and everything was responding well, so I just saw it out with a few extra ones.

I'm aiming to do this routine 2 days on - 1 day off basis.

I've also decided not to measure until at least a couple of months time. In fact I don't want to get obsessed with measuring every little increase. I'm going to take a totally fresh approach (because I know that it works) and just crack on with my programme.

Things are going well. I continue with two sets of 5 way stretches (30 seconds each) then two sets of 60 second BTC stretches. After that I've been completing 200 jelqs (each hand counting as one rep) and each stroke taking between 4-5 seconds. My flaccid hang has really come into it's own recently and I'm really pleased the way things are going. Looking back over my progress log, I do think that I respond better to a lighter more simple workout. However I am going to start micro-loading slightly now.Last night I completed my standard routine, but I am now going to add two additional jelqs a night. I am also going to work out Monday, Tuesday, rest Wednesday, workout again Thursday and Friday and then rest over the weekend :)

After dealing with some privacy issues at home, I can now jelq at work :)

So I started on the 20th August 2012 and my current routine is 300 wet jelqs and 180 V-Jelqs during the day. Then I do a set of 5 way stretches during the evening when I'm in bed. This routine is 5 days on and 2 days off (basically I don't PE at weekends).

So far my EQ's have been great and I already feel as if my dick is starting to expand and grow. With a number of starts and stops during my PE career, I fully intend to see this right through and make the gains I know I can achieve :D Wish me luck!

I've been really working hard at my routine but above all, I've been really consistent. My routine is 5 days on and 2 days off (workout during the week and rest at weekends). This is proving to work well for me as sex tends to be at the weekend with my wife so I'm not worn out by the time it comes around.

Anyway, my routine is still the same:

During the day:
- 100 wet jelqs
- 60 v-jelqs
- 100 wet jelqs
- 60 v-jelqs
- 100 wet jelqs
- 60 v-jelqs

At night:
- 2 x set of 5 way stretches (hold for 30 seconds each)
- 2 x BTC stretches

I measured my girth tonight (13th September) and have already improved! I couldn't measure BPEL as I couldn't find a ruler in the house.

However my girth has increased.

Stats now:

Base Girth = 6.5 inches
Mid Shaft Girth = (just under) 5.75 inches
Glan Girth = 5.5 inches

My goal for girth is at least 6 inches glan and maybe 6.5 inches mid-shaft. So I've some way to go but I'm getting there.

Measured BPEL and NBPEL today (17th September 2012):

NPBEL = 6 inches
BPEL = 6.75 inches

My overall goal is to get to around 7.5 / 8 inches in length and 6.5 inches (mid-shaft) girth.

I've also ordered a thickwall cylinder pump and will be adding it to my current 5 day routine.

This will look like:

Set 1
100 wet jelqs
40 v-jelqs
Pumping for 10 minutes at 3-5hg

Set 2
100 wet jelqs
40 v-jelqs
Pumping for 10 minutes at 3-5hg

Set 3
100 wet jelqs
40 v-jelqs

The theory begins this is that jelqing will push blood into my penis stretching it, then the pumping will stretch me nice and wide even more. Follow this with more jelqing and I should be pushing myself to the limit of stretch.

Also I think it's good to jelq after pumping as it moves all the fluids around nicely.

Hopefully following this routine for the next few months, doing 5 days on and weekends off, I'll make some good progress :)

Right I'm going to try some really basic PE over the next few months to see if I can kick start some gains again. So here it is:

1.) 500 side to side stretches
2.) 10 minutes slow wet jelqing
3.) 50 x 5 second squeezes

I will do this routine every other day.

I will also add some supplements to my diet. Magnesium to help my ligs, zinc for testosterone and Arginine for blood flow. I am also going to add some Horny Goat weed.

Finally I will add some ace bandage as suggested by another member on here as a light all day wrap.

Depending on how the next few months go, I may add an extender during the day, probably the Phallosan.

I'll let you know how it goes...

A quick update to say that I worked out with the above routine on Thursday 23rd, Saturday 25th and tried to work out on Monday 27th but had to stop due to sore ligs.

I'm going to try again tonight and do some gentle stretching. Overall however I feel good.

I've also added some horny goat weed, L-Arginine, maca, magnesium and zinc to my supplements. Finally I will attempt the UJW as an ADS device and see how that goes.

Right I've got a good routine going now which consists of:

2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off

Stretching:
3 x stretching downwards (6, 5 and 7 o'clock)
3 x stretching 3 and 9 o'clock)
3 x stretching 1 and 11 oclock
3 x BTC streching - left butt cheek, right butt check, between butt checks

Jelqing (3 second strokes)
Week 1 - 250 jelqs
Week 2 - 300 jelqs
etc

Bathmate:
10-15 minutes Bathmate on work out days

Current stats:

BPEL - 6.6 inches
NBPEL - 6 inches
EGB - 6 inches
EGM - 5.5 inches
EGG - 5.25 inches

It's been many years since I posted in my thread, but one thing I know is that I never give up. I've had quite an extended break from PE mainly because I have since had two children and my home and work life has been busy. However, due to COVID and the ability to now be able to work from home more frequently, I have time to start my PE up again and I'm determined to reach my goals.

I am going to keep things fairly simple this time around and see how I progress over the next few months. Therefore my routine is as follows:

- 10 minute pumping session
- 250 wet jelqs
- 5 minutes of erect squeezes (Uli's, etc) - This is mainly to work on my girth
- 5 minutes pumping session
- Penismaster Pro extender worn 5 days as week for at least 6 hours a day.

I am going to work hard at this and will measure myself once a month. I think it's too easy to focus on measuring all of the time, so once a month will be my limit and my aim is to really go at this for a good 6 months to see if I can finally tip over 7 inches in length. With regards to girth, any improvement will be good but my ultimate aim is to reach around 6 inches mid-shaft.

Finally I'm going to restrain from masturbating for at least a month as I really want to increase my EQ levels.

So it's been ages since I've posted on here but I've managed to remember my login and found my old threads.

So a bit of an update. I actually went ahead recently and had a penis filler procedure completed. I was on the fence about it but decided take the plunge. I'm only a week post procedure but the results have been nothing short of impressive.

The procedure is for girth and does nothing for erect length. My flaccid hang is a lot bigger now but the girth is just incredible. My stats now are as follows:

Flaccid girth - 6 inches
Erect girth mid-shaft - 7 inches
Erect girth base - 8 inches.

The filler is not permanent but should last 18-24 months and can be topped up to maintain the size. I'm actually very pleased with it as I'm finally at a size that I do feel very large. Is it too big? Honestly it might be, but I'm going to enjoy it for the next 18-24 months and if I want it back to the original size, it will go back over time if I don't do anything.

Anyway good to be back on the board and I'll post this also in my progress log.

How much girth did the injection actually give you? Your measurements in your log jump from 5.5 to 7 midshaft and 6 to 8 base. Many years are between these measurements though, was that all from the injection?

I would say that I gained about an inch everywhere, maybe slightly more.

I've stopped doing manual PE now but I might start wearing an extender to see if I can increase my length.

I'm also going back in October to have a bit more filler as I want to increase the girth around the mid shaft and behind the glans.

The base of my shaft is thick enough and actually if I have to wear condoms they are now very tight around the base. So I want to even things up and get more girth along the shaft. Also more girth around the glans should make me hang better eve flaccid.

I've had a few woman comment that I'm massive and the biggest they've seen which is fun, plus the new girth does feel very nice as. However I do have to use a lot of lube when having sex as it's sometimes hard to get it in.

So a brief update, I decided to go for another round of filler. This time I had an additional 21.6ml but I asked for it to be strategically placed.

I went for 1.2ml at the base as this was already thick, 15.6ml midshaft and 4.8ml behind the glans. The reason for this is that I had quite a taper from the glans to the base (nearly 2 inches) so I wanted to balance things out a bit.

This was done two weeks ago and it’ll take a few more weeks for everything to settle as the filler hydrates and integrates fully. However measurements are up and I’m really pleased with the result. Currently I’m as follows:

Flaccid
  • Behind glans: ~6.5”
  • Midshaft: ~7.2”
  • Base: ~ 8”
  • Hang length: ~6–6.2”
Erect
  • BPEL: 7”
  • Behind glans: ~6.7”
  • Midshaft: ~7.7”
  • Base: ~8.2”
I expect as things soften more as hydration occurs, my flaccid hang should improve a little more.

It’s fair to say now that I’m at a size that I wouldn’t want to go any bigger. There’s a notable bulge now just in underwear and the flaccid state it’s a lot more noticeable.

Also I was looking online and there has been suggestions that every time you have filler the body lays down a layer of collagen around the filler and this never goes away. So the theory is that over time this builds up and even if you stop, you should maintain some of the size increase. Whilst it’s no guarantee, according to AI if i have filler yearly for another 4 years, I should be able to maintain my current size. We’ll see. All I’d say at the moment is that it’s huge and a lot of fun.

I’ve taken photos with measurements as a lot of people can’t believe the size but I also want to track progress!

Next up length. I’m 7 inches BPEL and would like to get to between 7.5-8 inches which I think is possible with an extender. We’ll see but at the moment I’m very happy where I’ve got to!
